Stacey photographed our wedding at our family home on Cape Cod. She did an amazing job photographing my sister-in-laws’ wedding a few years ago, and we felt very lucky she was available to work with us. We were both nervous to be photographed professionally and she made this journey so special. She has a calm, professional, kind presence that immediately sets you at ease and she made our wedding day feel flawless. We can’t say enough how much we adored working with her. Her photos will be on our walls for years to come and are so happy to have been able to work with her!

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with having Stacey Hedman as the photographer at our Cape Cod wedding! As an avid photographer myself, I was very particular about finding the right photographer and considered about 15 different photographers before choosing Stacey. Taking pictures can be somewhat daunting and awkward, but she was so easy-going and fun to work with so she made us super comfortable! She was very organized post ceremony so we could get all the necessary pictures of family and friends and moved through the shots efficiently so we could get to the party! During the night, she was always in the right spot in the right time and captured some of the best candid moments of the night. Following the wedding, she categorized them in a way that was easy to show the story of our wedding and easy to download/share. All in all, I highly recommend Stacey!

My sister-in-law had the most magical pictures from her Vermont wedding and when I heard Stacey Hedman was the photographer, I knew we had to hire her too. I recognized Stacey's name from working in the editorial world and knew the rest of her work was just as beautiful. From the contract process to the engagement photos to the wedding day, Stacey was a breeze (and fun) to work with. She captured our day so beautifully and did so quickly (but not hurried) and without intrusion. You hardly knew she was there, but she got all the shots. Beyond her talent, Stacey has the personality of someone you want to work with. She's organized, communicative, kind, easygoing. She really felt like another friend that we just so happened to hire to take our pictures. Stacey also took photos for our friend's wedding the month before and their pictures were also amazing. In both cases, she had pictures posted on her Facebook the very next day for us to preview while she works on the rest. I still look at them every day...I just love them all so much. My sister-in-law continues to use Stacey for family photos and other occasions...I know we will too. I cannot recommend Stacey enough.

Stacey was such a joy to work with. She is such a sweet, warm person; it made our wedding day with her so easy and enjoyable. She captured our day perfectly and takes beautiful photos.

One of her best qualities was she never pestered us or got in the way. After our ceremony I didn’t even realize she was there, which allowed us to enjoy our party, but she also got amazing photos during this time too!

She even went out of her way to send us 36 photos 2 days after our wedding so we could see them before we left for our honeymoon. It was such a treat to have these initial photos! And it proved that she really do anything to make her clients happy.

If ever an opportunity arises where we need a photographer, we would work with her in a second.

Stacey is an amazing photographer. Everyone I have sent pics to post wedding, cannot stop commenting on how beautiful the pics are- not just the wedding - but the pictures! She has a beautiful style. She's extremely calm and relaxed, which is what I needed the day of my wedding. I have been in several weddings and the 2 +hours per wedding pics always are stressful and annoying, and Stacey was so flexible - she worked quickly, but calmly, dealt with our crazy large family, and most importantly, took amazing pictures. She was great through the whole process, professional, and nice, and we loved working with her.

Of all the photographers in the whole world, we had the only one who could have possibly captured our day so magically. As I expected, our day was a flash in the pan. In the weeks after our wedding, I've thought about so many little moments that were unanticipated and so important - that I wish I could have remembered a little better.

When Stacey Hedman sent us our wedding photos (so much earlier than I ever would have expected them!) - oh my goodness - there was not a single special, unanticipated, important moment missed!! What is most mind-blowing to me is how intuitive Stacey is with the camera. How could she have been there for each of these moments? And MOST baffling - I don't even remember her snapping these memories! Stacey is absolutely amazing at what she does. And she went so, so above and beyond... from fixing my hair when my bobby pins fell out moments before our first dance (!!!) - to carrying my clutch in her camera bag - to being a TOTALLY calming and fun presence during moments when I may have been a little nervous :)

I cannot begin to describe what an incredible experience we had working with Stacey from our engagement photos through our entire wedding day. First off, Stacey genuinely loves what she does and this comes across in her excitement about making her clients happy and the creativity and quality of her work.

We had our engagement session scheduled and there was an unexpected thunderstorm. We were both optimistic it would clear up and Stacey drove 2 hours from the Cape to Ipswich where we live. We enjoyed chatting with Stacey to wait out the rain for an hour and then she managed to take 40 + beautiful photos in the last 30 minutes of sunlight when the rain let up! That's dedication!

On our wedding day, she arrived at our house and took photos of the gals getting ready and got such cute candit shots from the bridesmaids to my 87 year old Gramma! She also accomodated our request to do couples photos before the wedding both at our house and the venue. When I received all of the photos from the wedding that she took -- I got not believe the volume...close to 1000 photos! Most of the photos were in film which I really appreciate the quality of.

Stacey's photos are extremely creative and she is not only willing to step outside the box (ie. take photos in a forest!), but she is EXCITED to do so! Her price is similar or lower than other photographers of her calibar, and the memories you will get from your big day are well worth the price.

And above all, she did this amazing job while being surrounded by my papparazi Italian family! She was very patient with crowds and requests and got many favorable reviews from my guests as well.
