I love that Sprinkles opened a store in La Jolla! We got married near the cove and the cupcakes were amazing! So fun and so much better than a traditional wedding cake - sampling them and picking flavors was great, the delivery fee was nothing, and if you get a stand from your caterer (ours charged $25) you can display them all at once! I am definitely glad I chose cupcakes, they were great!

We ordered 100 cupcakes for our wedding. They turned out perfect! The red velvet cupcakes are so yummy. Just wished they gave discounts on large orders.

Like many couples these days, we chose cupcakes for our 'wedding cake' and decided to go with the place I loved - Sprinkles! Not only are their cupcakes amazingly delicious, but it worked out very economically...plus we over-ordered and were able to bring leftovers home - yum! Everything about placing the order was so easy once we had our flavors chosen...the cupcakes were delivered perfectly as they promised, along with their signature wooden cupcake plates and spoons and a whole pile of napkins. Highly recommend!

Sprinkles cupcakes are absolutely the best. I always ate them and got their frosting shots so it was an obvious chose for my wedding. They were fabulous down to the palm tree detail on top of them I requested. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any event!

The cupcakes are AWESOME!!! The only thing that we didn't like was that you have to choose from the cupcakes that are made on the day of your wedding, even if you are doing a large order. However, within that, the Sprinkles staff were willing to bag up cupcakes from Friday's order for our wedding on Saturday, and all of the cupcakes were ready for pickup on Saturday morning. People loved them, and they were so cute. We did 4 flavors of mini cupcakes: pumpkin, cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate, and peanut butter chocolate. I was very happy with Sprinkles service.

THEY DIDN'T DELIVER ON MY WEDDING DAY. Can you imagine? Luckily, they
were one part of our dessert bar. What if it had been a cupcake tower to
replace the cake? My wedding coordinator called multiple times that day
when time elapsed passed the designated delivery time. Get this...call
after call, voicemail after voicemail with NO RESPONSE. There was NO
NOTIFICATION of a mishandled delivery. She admitted to me the next day
post-wedding that she just had to let it go, she had other matters to
attend to which is perfectly understandable when you're running the show.
She even contacted other local bakeries to see if they could possibly make
a few batches in time. They couldn't. The worst part is that I not only
called to confirm weeks prior, but when the coordinator finally got on the
phone with Sprinkles the next morning someone told her that the delivery
was refused (do you know how many people are walking around the venue the
day of the wedding?). She called bull and advised me to contact the store
directly. The "refused service" was false. I spoke to Emilia the store
manager who took responsibility which I respected. She admitted that the
order was ready but no one had placed in the order for delivery. So exactly
how many people walked by the order and said nothing? Was there a closing
manager? Whose responsibility was this exactly? I requested to have the
distract manager call me. No surprise, no call. And what did I receive for
the headache? Two dozen free cupcakes available for pickup. If I wanted it
delivered? Oh I'd have to pay for the delivery fee of $25. WHAT A JOKE.
