Ordering my cake from Splendora's was the best decision I made for my entire wedding! PK is so talented and professional. She kept me and my husband in the loop and was willing to have us come by the shop to preview everything--even though we were not that picky about color matching, etc. Everyone enjoyed the uniqueness of the cake and said it was delicious. PK even sent us home with a little container of our favorite flavor. For all of those concerned brides--this is not a cake to have sitting out for hours--the gelato did hold up surprisingly well for our June wedding in 80 degree weather, but it's definitely a cake for eating!
