Phany Cakes, in Richmond, Virginia, was built on the love I have for other people and seeing their reaction when I present them with their beautiful wedding day order. After going to culinary arts school for one year, then joining the army as a cook, being a cake decorator/deli clerk for the commissary, and lastly working for Publix for about seven years as a head cake decorator, I am so happy to say that with my experience, I can finally have a successful business. We don't just do wedding cakes; we also have all the things you'll need to go along with it: treats, strawberries, tarts, cupcakes, chocolate-covered items, etc.
