During the Pandemic he launched a pop up called SPEAK CHEEZY which received national attention in a "Food and Wine Magazine" article called "The best pizza in america in every state." Along with an overwhelming amount of press Jason decided to rebrand his entire operation into SPEAK CHEEZY.
Chef Jason Winters of Speak Cheezy has nearly a decade of experience catering hundreds of weddings all over southern California. And in total 27 years in the kitchen. We are preferred vendors with several venues and have worked with hundreds of coordinators and staffing companies. With Speak Cheezy we have been able to execute weddings at a very high level. There is no event too large for Speak Cheezy. We can easily execute 200 pizzas in one hour of service. Coordinate service with your timeline, and assist with your rental list and Staff your events with Bartenders and service staff. With our sourdough bakery approach we make make the experience much easier for our clients with speed, execution and a smile. We have some of the best sourdough pizza in town. Try our dry aged beef meatballs or homemade stracciatella toast. Try our thoughtful salads like white radicchio caesar with sourdough croutons and fiscollini gold. We even bake all of your gluten free and vegan guests request with their names labeled on the pizza box.
