Southern Celebrations provides multiple services for our couples. We offer 2 Month Coordination and 1 Month Coordination Services. Although, we begin working closely with our clients from the initial consultation and are available throughout their planning process for vendor referrals, event design or simple advice.
Two months before their wedding day we meet to discuss all details of the event, such as vendor selections and contracts, invitation and RSVP organization and timeline management.
One month out we schedule a final details meeting and venue walk through to finalize decor design, table layout and ceremony plans. We coordinate logistics and develop a cohesive day of timeline with all vendors, coordinate rehearsals and are available all day the day of to manage all scheduled events.
Southern Celebrations also provides set up and take down services for decorating prior to the ceremony and break down and clean up after reception. That way you are not worried about recruiting family and friends to work instead of being a guest.
We also offer Event staffing for those that need help maintaining their reception. Our team stocks and replenishes any non catered items, serves the bride and Groom throughout the night, cuts and serves the cake, and bus tables and take out trash.
We are a rental decor company and have tons of rentals including centerpieces, large props such as crosses, arches, wine barrels and vintage furniture as well as functional items like easels and cake stands.
We do our rental decor separate from our services. Although, we do it on a line by line basis so that you only have to rent as little or as much as you want.
