Southern Celebrations provides multiple services for our couples. We offer 2 Month Coordination and 1 Month Coordination Services. Although, we begin working closely with our clients from the initial consultation and are available throughout their planning process for vendor referrals, event design or simple advice.
Two months before their wedding day we meet to discuss all details of the event, such as vendor selections and contracts, invitation and RSVP organization and timeline management.
One month out we schedule a final details meeting and venue walk through to finalize decor design, table layout and ceremony plans. We coordinate logistics and develop a cohesive day of timeline with all vendors, coordinate rehearsals and are available all day the day of to manage all scheduled events.
Southern Celebrations also provides set up and take down services for decorating prior to the ceremony and break down and clean up after reception. That way you are not worried about recruiting family and friends to work instead of being a guest.
We also offer Event staffing for those that need help maintaining their reception. Our team stocks and replenishes any non catered items, serves the bride and Groom throughout the night, cuts and serves the cake, and bus tables and take out trash.
We are a rental decor company and have tons of rentals including centerpieces, large props such as crosses, arches, wine barrels and vintage furniture as well as functional items like easels and cake stands.
We do our rental decor separate from our services. Although, we do it on a line by line basis so that you only have to rent as little or as much as you want.
We want to provide the best service for our customers by offering custom packages that fit their specific needs.We love what we do and are honored to be a part of our couples most special day!

Seriously, a life saver!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED working with Southern Celebrations! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We used Southern Celebrations for decor rental & for day-of coordination... and let me tell you, they absolutely rock. They have SO MUCH decor that you can choose from to rent, and everything is so nice & beautiful. They set everything up and took everything down, and it seriously relieves SO MUCH stress when you and your family do not have to worry about that part of the wedding. Everything they set up was BEAUTIFUL... seriously better than I could've ever imagined. They even put up a few decor pieces that I personally brought. Throughout the day, they were so helpful and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Mindy, Cathy & their team are the nicest, sweetest people! They were very thorough and easy to communicate with. I can not rave enough about how much I enjoyed working with them. They helped to make our big day SO SPECIAL!

They can do everything!

I was a nervous wreck who had never thought about my wedding. Southern Celebrations was there for everything and answered all my questions. The day of our wedding they took care of everything. I was so incredibly thankful and impressed. Their decorations were beautiful and everyone was amazed.

I was a bride on a budget! I was referred to Southern Celebrations through my venue and I am so glad I chose to meet with this mother daughter duo! They were outstanding before, during and after wedding day! We rented decor from them that was reasonably priced and they had everything I dreamed of having at my wedding + more! We also used SC for day of coordinating and MY OH MY did they save us! My husband and I both agreed that our wedding day went smoothly and couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you Mindy for your help throughout the wedding planning and up to wedding day! You and your team raised the bar high! I would gladly refer you to all my friends and family for future wedding festivities! Not only were they a huge help with the wedding but Mindy was one of the sweetest people to work with! So very caring to her customers and was incredibly thoughtful! Southern Celebrations is highly recommended!!!

Southern Celebrations absolutely blew me away with their services. They went SO above and beyond for me and my big day was absolutely perfect because of them! It was one of my best wedding decisions to hire them! I highly recommend them!! I hired them to set up, break down and for day of coordinator as well as using some of their rentals. Everything went so smoothly and I got to relax and enjoy the day along with my family and friends.

If you want your day to be amazing and not break the bank, book Mindy and her team at Southern Celebrations! They exceeded my every expectation and made my day better than anything I could have imagined! My day was beautiful and peaceful because they took care of everything and even added in details that I didn't think of! So, so happy with how everything turned out!

These women created my dream look. Everything was elegant and simple! All the guests raved about the perfect look of the day. They came early in the morning to setup and came after we left to clean up everything. I can't say enough about professional and visionary they are. If you are thinking of DIY decorations, these women will change your mind. They are affordable and make your vision come to life. I was a stress free bride and my family and friends didn't have to help at all so they could enjoy the day too.
