About Southall Meadows
Southall Meadows is truly a one-of-a-kind place, tucked away just outside Leiper’s Fork in Franklin, Tennessee. With over 200 acres of rolling hills and serene farm land, couples have their pick of a variety of different sceneries for their ceremony. The bucolic essence of the property has been carefully preserved, so you feel the romance of being secluded, while still enjoying the comforts and luxuries that the modern elements provide.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can choose between multiple outdoor ceremony locations or two indoor. One location is a 100 year-old Tobacco Barn, whose vented walls let the warm afternoon sun seep in, filling the space with a dreamy, golden glow, while three sparkling crystal chandeliers adorn the central aisle. In contrast to the barn’s rustic, historic feel, The Hall boasts fresh, contemporary lines with pristine walls and elegant light fixtures. Amenities include brand new “getting ready” suites, restrooms for guests, a catering room and a versatile indoor space that can be used for your ceremony, cocktail hour or reception/event. Overall site capacity is 280.
The outdoor options include a lovely, wooden arbor, an English garden-style lawn, an open-air gazebo or beneath a grand oak tree surrounded by your closest friends and family.

Sensational!!
I can't recommend Southall Meadows enough! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of magical. The gorgeous property does all the heavy lifting visually. We loved how we could use both the modern hall and tobacco barn, it was so ideal! We had our ceremony in the hall and the reception in the barn. We’re still receiving compliments months later from our guests about how perfect the venue was and how it was the best wedding they've ever been to!!
The coordination services were SO worth it. Leah, Ally, and Bri were so incredible and kind and really made our vision come to life! They made planning completely seamless and everything went so smoothly on the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I would highly recommend Southall to anyone getting married in middle TN!

Dream day!
My wife and I got married at Southall Meadows and it was the best experience ever! The staff was wonderful and so hard working. Anytime we had any questions they were very easy to talk to. We were reassured anytime that we felt like we did not know what we were doing by Bri & Leah in the office as well as the awesome property manager Mike who took great care of everyone on wedding day.
The grounds are just beautiful, with so many different options for ceremonies and have the ability to spread out between the land and the buildings.
Our DJ experience was fantastic! It was the party we wanted from day one. Our signature drinks were amazing and their BYOB service is top notch. We even got a refunded for left over alcohol. Such a win.
Southall Meadows really cared about our experience from the very beginning by pointing us in the direction of really good vendors that took care of everything to making sure we did not lift a finger on wedding day.
It really is awesome to see a small business put on such a beautiful production and we could not be more excited to tell everyone about it! If I didn't know where to start with wedding this is exactly where I would go.

A photographer's dream venue
Southall Meadows is easily one of my favorite venues to shoot at as a wedding photographer! The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. It is one of the most picturesque places because it offers such great variety in places to shoot and lighting scenarios. I always LOVE the photos I take at Southall. I am thrilled whenever I have the opportunity to work here! As a vendor, I always feel like I’m taken care of with enough amenities like clean bathrooms, water bottle filling stations, and the friendliness of staff that I interact with there. Not all venues give this consideration to vendors! I cannot recommend them enough!

Stunning Location - Impeccable Beauty
I have attended several weddings at this space. This event space is amazing. The property is so stunning and gives you a real feel of a Tennessee wedding. It has an authentic barn with so much character and a new building that has so many options to fit anyones design style. If you are looking to show your guests a true Tennessee feel this is absolutely the space for you.

All Around Incredible!
In every aspect, Southall Overdelivered! The grounds are so well maintained and are so spacious that every aspect of our big day was beautiful and peaceful!! I utilized Southall for coordinators as well and they were on top of it all! Providing great tips and suggestions beforehand. On the day of they totally rocked it working with our 12 different vendors. I was able to sit back and enjoy the time with all my family and friends without having to manage basically anything all day. Booking Southall was one of the best planning decisions my husband and I made!

Beautiful Venue and Amazing Staff!!!
My husband and I had our ceremony and reception here on 10.09.22. I truly can’t compliment Southall enough! Ally, our day of coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. I wasn’t worried about a thing the entire day, because she had everything covered. She was also so encouraging and kind, making me feel so loved as the bride. All our guests kept saying how gorgeous the property was, and I couldn’t agree more. The day was absolutely perfect, especially with my husband and I marrying under the big tree. In fact, there were deer off in the distance and a bunny hopped across in front of a bridesmaid and groomsmen before they walked down the aisle. Such little details made the day unforgettable. Anyone looking for a venue to get married at, I highly recommend Southall Meadows. It will make your day so magical.

Beautiful wedding venue!
Southall Meadows hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at their beautiful venue on 11/13/21. From the moment we saw the venue, we were always confident that we had picked the best venue to host our wedding! We love how much land there is on the property and how there are various indoor and outdoor spaces to hold ceremonies and receptions. The barn was a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and magical it was with the sunlight coming through the barn as it was setting. We also love how new, clean, and modern the hall is. It was perfect for our reception and fit everything perfectly! The bridal sweet was also a beautiful space that our wedding party could enjoy. It was the perfect day and we couldn't imagine having our wedding at any other venue! We were very lucky to have picked Southall Meadows! They were always so kind and accommodating to us during the planning process and on our wedding day. We were thoroughly impressed with the personalized and courteous attention given to us. It was a pleasure working with them!

Naturally Beautiful Location!
Hosting our wedding at Southall Meadows was the best decision we made. The natural beauty the location provided made it a perfect setting to compliment all of our wedding details. Our guests loved it! We loved it! The staff was also very helpful and made planning with them a breeze. I highly recommend putting Southall Meadows at the top of your list of venues to consider!

Southall Meadows is a beautiful venue! There are beautiful trees surrounding the area, and there is plenty of room for guests to enjoy the grounds. There are amazing framed mirrors that are hung throughout the barn as well as elegant chandeliers. Sarah, who manages the venue, is passionate about hosting guests and is great to work with! I would definitely recommend that you check out this venue!
