I had originally bought my wedding band from another downtown jeweler which resulted in tons of frustration and wasted time/money/effort. So, my coworker suggested that I go see her jeweler, Sousa, to see if they can help me with my ring. They were very easy to work with and was able to replace and reset the diamonds in my wedding band. (Yay!) I'm definitely a fan now. I've been back to re-size my engagement ring and had it re-plated.

It is great to support a family owned business and to get to know the people you are buying from and that is exactly what you do at Sousa! I was very happy that Mr. Sousa told me I could wdrop my rings off on my lunch break to have them quickly cleaned and shined!
