Song River Banquet & Event Center is an exquisite banquet hall situated in Monroe, Washington. This wedding venue boasts several elegant spaces and plays the perfect host for weddings of all sizes and styles. The venue offers an impressive, extensive network of preferred and recommended vendors for booked couples. Whether you’re seeking a photographer, caterer, band or DJ, wedding rental, or makeup artist - Song River is flexible and will work with the vendors of your choice, as long as your catering and bartending are WA State Licenced and Insured businesses.
Facilities and Capacity
Song River offers couples access to a number of event spaces, including a stylish 32-foot chic cocktail bar and a recently renovated get-ready suite. Couples are welcome to hold their wedding ceremony and reception in the gorgeous Orchid Ballroom, featuring a raised stage, classic wood floors, and a capacity of up to 300 guests. This sprawling, stylish space emanates warmth and familiarity, while also featuring impressive modern designs.
Services Offered
Song River Banquet & Event Center provides couples with a number of special services and features for their wedding. A standard booking includes up to 12 hours of access to the Gallery Lounge, Crystal Bar, Orchid Ballroom, and two get-ready suites. Couples are also offered the following services:
- Setup/Breakdown of the floorplan (tables, chairs, and linens)
- Outside vendors accepted
- Access to hundreds of items from the decor closet (at no extra cost)
- A one-month walkthrough to decide on final details and floorplan
- Wheelchair access

STUNNING custom venue with exceptional service and affordable price!
We booked Song River for our wedding reception and Quyen (the owner) was so helpful from the very beginning. Im an overwhelmed bride, and only child with no siblings, and my mother has Dementia so i was doing it all alone. I never had my wedding planned from a young age so I was completely lost and scared where to begin and wanted something easy. Quyen was there to guide me and literally wipe the tears from my face (I got overwhelmed and cried).
We booked the space from 11am to 11pm and Quyen sent over an amazing detailed guide to help plan my wedding and reception. I chose one of her pre-selected decorations options and it turned out so beautiful. I believe the package was called "the silk" i cant recall but it was worth it. All lights and decorations are fully customizable and we chose to go with white table linens/chairs and blue/purple lights.
Vendors were a BREEZE, as she let's you bring anyone so long as they are licensed and insured. But dont stress because Quyen has a list of vendors she has worked with that know the space, we ended up choosing one from that list for food and bar and purchased the beer/wine to save some $$$.
Venues are expensive but Song River is very affordable in today's market, and honestly worth so much more with how beautiful, large, and customizable the space is.
Quyen is professional, kind, and knowledgeable, you will want her on your team and you will want to book this space. 10/10 amazing experience and memorable reception!

Song River is unparalleled as a wedding venue - Quyen and Olive‘s experience, expertise, and kindness is a soothing balm to a chaotic and stressful time. Their Borrow Room is full of beautiful and useful treasures to enhance the natural beauty of the space. Their wedding planning guide and vendor recommendations are so detailed and thorough.
Olive, Quyen and the entire Song River staff are truly remarkable humans and incredible professionals. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, inviting, and respectful of our queerness and the many different identities of our wedding guests.
I cannot recommend them enough for any event. Not only do you get THE BEST venue, but you get the wealth of knowledge and experience that they share with you, and you get to support a minority-owned business and some of the most amazing humans I’ve met.
Our wedding day was pure magic and Song River was an integral part of that.
