Kate was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I'm not an organized person nor do I like planning big event, such as a wedding. Kate was able to help with EVERYTHING, from suggesting the florist to helping with the place settings, nothing was too big or too small of a task for her. Kate was very thorough and organized keeping track of all the contracts made and able to contact vendors with questions, and she always got answers. The day of the wedding, Kate was the go to person. She had a great timeline of when everyone, bridal party and vendors, where to be and when everything was to start. Our wedding was to start at 6 in the evening and it started promptly at 6. Her focus was allow us to have any easy, hassle free, amazing wedding, which we did. One picture I wanted was a letter exchange by a door without seeing each other, our photographers didn't find an area they liked. Kate suggested to go by a tree rather than a door, our photographers weren't sure if I would like and Kate continued to say I would. Those pictures are probably my favorite, captured an amazing moment before the wedding. Kate used her best judgement knowing the picture we were envisioning. We honestly can't say enough about how wonderful and professional Kate is a person and even more of a joy to work with, her focus is allowing you to have the wedding of your dreams!!

Something You saved my sanity!
We first met with Kate 6 months before our wedding, and she immediately calmed our fears and gave us a check list of everything that needed to be done, in order of when it needed to be done. This tamed the huge mass of details that was our wedding into easy to understand and accomplish tasks. Kate was always supportive and understanding, helping us get through every road block that came up in the planning, and making sure that we stayed true to what was important to us. She went as far as to drive ribbon for our cake from my house to the baker - over 20 miles round trip!
Kate took over the last month before the wedding, making sure the vendors had all they needed, and finalizing the contracts. The day of the rehearsal, our photographers got stuck in traffic and missed the actual rehearsal, but Kate stayed afterwards to meet with them and walk them through all the photos we wanted taken throughout our venue.
The day of our wedding she was a lifesaver! There was a mix up with the table settings - we had mislabeled some of the favors for the seating arrangements - and Kate calmly found the original seating plan and got everyone settled quickly and professionally. (The guests all commented later how sweet she was!)
My photographers were intensely impressed with how efficient Kate was in wrangling the bridal party and family members needed for the pictures after the wedding, saying that it was the fastest shoot they'd ever done!
During dinner, one of my photographers, who is diabetic, experienced an unusual drop in their sugar and needed something substantial to eat. The vendors hadn't been served yet, but Kate gave up her meal to the photographer and took their meal instead.
I don't know how I would have made it through the wedding with out her!
