I cannot say enough positive things about Casey and her team at Soirees! Truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting, I knew Casey was an expert in the industry, and she instantly put me at ease. I was an anxious, indecisive bride planning from out of state, and she was an answered prayer with prompt responses and excellent working relationships with many of the top local vendors. She guided my decisions with the best recommendations, and made my vision come to life (well within budget), exceeding all expectations! Not only did she make the planning process 1000x smoother, she gave me the gift of waking up on my wedding day worry-free. Everything went so smoothly, and her and her team were 10 steps ahead, making sure everything was handled. I would 100% recommend them, and hope to use them again in the future!

My friends and family still talk about how awesome our wedding was and it wouldn't have been possible without Casey and her team at Soirees! She helped put the finishing touches on elements I planned (with her guidance) for the wedding, and executed my vision perfectly the day-of. If anything went wrong, I never new about it! My day was stress free and everything I had hoped it would be!

When I began planning our wedding, I was overwhelmed with the whole process and cost, and honestly thought a wedding coordinator was an unnecessary luxury. Boy, could I have not been more wrong. Casey Reese is hands-down AH-MAZING. She was so organized, quick to respond, knowledgable about vendors/decorating/anything I possibly had a question about. And just so nice and fun to be around in general. Her team for our rehearsal and day-of could not have been better. They were all so nice, helpful, and organized. They never made me feel stressed or that they were annoyed trying to corral myself, my husband, the wedding party and our families. Literally everything went off on our day without a hitch, and they were constantly making sure my husband and I were ok and just enjoying each other - which is HUGE and easy to not do while worrying about if everyone at the wedding is enjoying themselves. If you are planning a wedding in Chattanooga, you will find no better than Soirees.

Wow. I honestly couldn't have done it without Casey and the rest of the Soirees team. Our wedding went off PERFECTLY and it was all thanks to them. When I needed water, they were there. When I needed to change a scheduled toast, they did it. I had one team member, Sarah, stay with me and my bridesmaids all day up until we went to the venue. Casey was a professional through and through. She handled vendors, set up, everything. I cannot speak enough of their professionalism, kindness and knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone!

Casey and the rest of her Soirees team are absolutely wonderful to . I have had the pleasure of working with them as a vendor myself but also used them for my own wedding. Anytime they are around I know things are taken care of. The weekend of my wedding, if there was an issue I never heard about it! I got to experience my wonderful day and Soirees took care of everything(including running back to my apartment to grab things I'd forgotten haha). As a vendor, I never have to search for details. I contact them once and am met with all the information I need.

Soiree's made the entire wedding planning process and the day of the wedding SO EASY. From helping decide vendors, to creating the day of schedule, to executing a perfect wedding day, Casey and her team do it all. Casey is well connected within the wedding industry in Chattanooga and did a great job of lining up vendor options. We met to talk about what I wanted and then she made her recommendations of vendors and had me meet with several to decide. She set up the meetings and attended them with me to make sure to ask all the questions that I literally had no idea to ask. She helped create the day-of schedule and coordinated with all of the vendors on specifics. On the day of the wedding, everything went off perfectly (or if something didn't, it was handled and I didn't know about it- Awesome). Casey had one of her teammates, Hannah, stay with the bridesmaids all day and she helped steam bridesmaids dresses and kept us on schedule for the first look and pictures. At the reception, Casey and her team made sure we ate and adapted the timeline to the flow of the party, as needed. All we had to do was show up, have fun, and go where Casey told us to go when it was time for first dances, cake cutting, etc. We received a ton of compliments about our wedding day and I give all the credit to Casey and her team at Soiree's. They are very good and I highly recommend them.

We live in another city and really needed someone to help us with the details of planning a wedding and related events in Chattanooga. Soirees was the perfect choice! Casey was on top of every detail (and this is coming from a super detailed person with spreadsheets for everything!) and made so many suggestions to make our entire day perfect and just as we were envisioning. I was so calm the day of the wedding and able to enjoy every single aspect of the day! It's invaluable to have those kind of memories and this is largely due to the fact that I knew I had an incredible team working behind the scenes. She has great relationships with so many vendors and they worked together to make everything above and beyond what I had envisioned! So many small details that could cause a lot of extra stress as an out of town bride were taken care of by Soirees. If you are thinking about booking Soirees, absolutely do so! Oh my gosh, what would I have done without Casey and her staff?? I literally didn't have to think about anything on my wedding day except for how much fun I was having. She took care of EVERYTHING. So fun and easy to work with. Everyone who took part in our wedding mentioned that they had never been apart of a wedding that was so organized. Casey was amazing and responsive from the beginning! She was a pleasure to work with and helped us tremendously with planning an out of town wedding. She was organized and always super level-headed - even when we were adding tents and TV/satellite systems for reception the week of the wedding. Casey and her team's day of help was nothing short of amazing too. Not only did they handle all of the typical day of things that you think they are supposed to do, but they were steaming bridesmaid dresses, picking up lunch and even making sure I had a cocktail in hand the entire reception. They make sure every detail is taken care of and more. If I did it all over again, I would pick Casey again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional planner!
