I really enjoyed working with Jen from Soiree Girls! She was so helpful, and went the extra mile to make my dreams come true! She coordinated a surprise escape room experience for my guests, brought and hung specific decorations that we would have needed to rent, and made the rest of my wedding planning simple and stress free. She genuinely cared about the success of my dream wedding, making time above and beyond what we had scheduled, to meet with escape room facilitators and run rehearsals. In addition to being kind and caring, Jen was very professional and organized. She kept me on track and was always accessible when I reached out to her. I would highly recommend working with her!

Jen was excellent to to work with. She helped us with some unique elements to my daughter’s wedding. I was able to get her advice and suggestions any time and she kept us on track during our planning phase.

I run a venue and we enlisted Soirée Girls to completely plan and execute a wedding. Jenn and her team thought of everything. Her vision and organizational skills are outstanding. The wedding was beautiful and she made it stress free for all involved.

Jenn was super helpful weeks in advance with the coordination and organization of vendors (even though she was only hired for same day coordination). The day of the wedding she was on top of everything and willing to help with anything that came up. Even weeks after she was willing to track down a vendor who was difficult to get ahold of.

Soiree Girls were so wonderful to work with. They are such professionals and the expertise they brought to our event resulted in the most wonderful celebration that we could have ever hoped for. Everything ran so smoothly and was stress-free for not only the bride and groom but everyone involved in our celebration.

If you’re contemplating getting a wedding planner (like I was), my advice to you is to DO IT. Choosing to work with the Soiree Girls was hands down the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process.

These girls are no joke the swiss army knife of wedding planning. They can do it all: planning, coordinating, styling, florals, etc. What was key for me in choosing them was their style aesthetic and past work (other weddings & events). I didn’t want my wedding to look like “just another wedding” nor did I want something super traditional. I had a very specific vision in mind, and of all the planners I talked to (and there were many), Akiko and Jenn were the only two I trusted to pull off my desert wedding. Spoiler Alert: THEY NAILED IT!

A few things worth noting…

- I was an out-of-town bride who had never been to Tucson before choosing my venue. A bit risky, but even more of a reason why I needed help. The Soiree Girls not only made the wedding process seamless and perfectly executed the big day, but they also gave me plenty of local advice when needed.

- Professionally I’m creative project manager (more or less), so having someone else to run point was a big deal for me as I had to trust the process in unknown territory. But I trusted these experts and also why I picked these girls as they’re more than planners, but also creatives who were able to leverage their expertise to flawlessly execute my vision in a way that was also special to the venue and destination.

- I used several of their services: planning, coordinating, styling, florals, and signage. This not only made things easier from a logistical standpoint, but also provided a cohesiveness to the styling and planning by having them manage those key parts. FYI Akiko owns Bloom Maven (easily one of the most insta-worthy floral shops you’ll ever see) and she slayed my bouquet!

- As time passed and we got to know each other more, it started to feel like I was working with my friends to plan my big day which made it more fun! They were comforting and resourceful when I lost my officiant the week before the wedding, and were organized and calming professionals on the day of.

Overall, the Soiree Girls are really easy-going and super cool gals who have a unique gift of planning and design. They’re truly one-of-a-kind team who can help give you a unique wedding of your dreams.

Jenn and her team did an amazing job with all the details of our wedding! As an out of town bride there was a lot of potential for things to go wrong but everything went beautifully. Her taste was impeccable and she really helped bring my vision of a desert glam wedding to life. Every vendor recommendation was so helpful as well. I highly recommend the Soiree Girls not only for planning, but for their impeccable florals as well! They really went above and beyond making sure our wedding went off without a hitch!

Akiko was a perfect investment to ensure my wedding day timeline went off without a hitch! Even when my grandmother delayed our ceremony for health reasons, we got back on track quickly. Akiko was super helpful in arranging my timeline to fit in everything I wanted for my wedding day, and she also took on the role of being my spokesperson to coordinate with all of my outside vendors and reviewing contracts.
I honestly believe this team would be amazing to not only coordinate anyone's wedding, but I believe their styling work would match any bride's wishes as well. Definitely consider Soiree Girls for your wedding coordinating needs as well as styling and florals!

The Soiree Girls are amazing! When I spoke to Jenn and then got a mood board I knew she had actually heard me and had a similar vision for my wedding - within my budget! The blooms were beautiful and represented the desert wedding I had in ways I never would have thought with wild flowers- and I even got some peonies I didnt think I would get because of the season - amazing! I was so pleased and we got tons of compliments on their work! I have already recommended them to friends planning weddings and highly recommend them to you!

I cannot say enough good things about Jenn from Soiree Girls. I retained Jenn as my day of coordinator and she was amazing. She made it so I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding and took tons of pressure off of my family. She placed all of my decorations exactly as I had imagined, and some even better than I had imagined. Hiring Soiree Girls was one of the best choices I made. My wedding would have been completely different and way more stressful without Jenn. I highly recommend Jenn, and for all brides to hire help on the big day, it is well worth every penny.
