    Caring, professional and a pleasure to work with!

    I really enjoyed working with Jen from Soiree Girls! She was so helpful, and went the extra mile to make my dreams come true! She coordinated a surprise escape room experience for my guests, brought and hung specific decorations that we would have needed to rent, and made the rest of my wedding planning simple and stress free. She genuinely cared about the success of my dream wedding, making time above and beyond what we had scheduled, to meet with escape room facilitators and run rehearsals. In addition to being kind and caring, Jen was very professional and organized. She kept me on track and was always accessible when I reached out to her. I would highly recommend working with her!

    Incredible- took care of and thought of everything

    I run a venue and we enlisted Soirée Girls to completely plan and execute a wedding. Jenn and her team thought of everything. Her vision and organizational skills are outstanding. The wedding was beautiful and she made it stress free for all involved.

    Helpful in every way

    Jen was excellent to to work with. She helped us with some unique elements to my daughter’s wedding. I was able to get her advice and suggestions any time and she kept us on track during our planning phase.

    The day of the wedding went seamless. I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter’s wedding knowing everything was taken care of.

    I highly recommend the Soiree Girls!!!! It was a wedding well done!!!

    Super Helpful

    Jenn was super helpful weeks in advance with the coordination and organization of vendors (even though she was only hired for same day coordination). The day of the wedding she was on top of everything and willing to help with anything that came up. Even weeks after she was willing to track down a vendor who was difficult to get ahold of.

    Best decision I made

    If you’re contemplating getting a wedding planner (like I was), my advice to you is to DO IT. Choosing to work with the Soiree Girls was hands down the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process.

    These girls are no joke the swiss army knife of wedding planning. They can do it all: planning, coordinating, styling, florals, etc. What was key for me in choosing them was their style aesthetic and past work (other weddings & events). I didn’t want my wedding to look like “just another wedding” nor did I want something super traditional. I had a very specific vision in mind, and of all the planners I talked to (and there were many), Akiko and Jenn were the only two I trusted to pull off my desert wedding. Spoiler Alert: THEY NAILED IT!

    A few things worth noting…

    - I was an out-of-town bride who had never been to Tucson before choosing my venue. A bit risky, but even more of a reason why I needed help. The Soiree Girls not only made the wedding process seamless and perfectly executed the big day, but they also gave me plenty of local advice when needed.

    - Professionally I’m creative project manager (more or less), so having someone else to run point was a big deal for me as I had to trust the process in unknown territory. But I trusted these experts and also why I picked these girls as they’re more than planners, but also creatives who were able to leverage their expertise to flawlessly execute my vision in a way that was also special to the venue and destination.

    - I used several of their services: planning, coordinating, styling, florals, and signage. This not only made things easier from a logistical standpoint, but also provided a cohesiveness to the styling and planning by having them manage those key parts. FYI Akiko owns Bloom Maven (easily one of the most insta-worthy floral shops you’ll ever see) and she slayed my bouquet!

    - As time passed and we got to know each other more, it started to feel like I was working with my friends to plan my big day which made it more fun! They were comforting and resourceful when I lost my officiant the week before the wedding, and were organized and calming professionals on the day of.

    Overall, the Soiree Girls are really easy-going and super cool gals who have a unique gift of planning and design. They’re truly one-of-a-kind team who can help give you a unique wedding of your dreams.

    Jenn and her team did an amazing job with all the details of our wedding! As an out of town bride there was a lot of potential for things to go wrong but everything went beautifully. Her taste was impeccable and she really helped bring my vision of a desert glam wedding to life. Every vendor recommendation was so helpful as well. I highly recommend the Soiree Girls not only for planning, but for their impeccable florals as well! They really went above and beyond making sure our wedding went off without a hitch!

    Akiko was a perfect investment to ensure my wedding day timeline went off without a hitch! Even when my grandmother delayed our ceremony for health reasons, we got back on track quickly. Akiko was super helpful in arranging my timeline to fit in everything I wanted for my wedding day, and she also took on the role of being my spokesperson to coordinate with all of my outside vendors and reviewing contracts.
    I honestly believe this team would be amazing to not only coordinate anyone's wedding, but I believe their styling work would match any bride's wishes as well. Definitely consider Soiree Girls for your wedding coordinating needs as well as styling and florals!

    I cannot say enough good things about Jenn from Soiree Girls. I retained Jenn as my day of coordinator and she was amazing. She made it so I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding and took tons of pressure off of my family. She placed all of my decorations exactly as I had imagined, and some even better than I had imagined. Hiring Soiree Girls was one of the best choices I made. My wedding would have been completely different and way more stressful without Jenn. I highly recommend Jenn, and for all brides to hire help on the big day, it is well worth every penny.

    The Soiree Girls are amazing! When I spoke to Jenn and then got a mood board I knew she had actually heard me and had a similar vision for my wedding - within my budget! The blooms were beautiful and represented the desert wedding I had in ways I never would have thought with wild flowers- and I even got some peonies I didnt think I would get because of the season - amazing! I was so pleased and we got tons of compliments on their work! I have already recommended them to friends planning weddings and highly recommend them to you!

    Jenn and Akiko did such an awesome job with the flowers for my wedding! I met with Jenn once, told her about the wedding and our color palette. I didn't have any requests for specific flowers so when Jenn emailed me back with what flowers and greenery were going to be included in the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres,ceremony décor, centerpieces, and cake I was like, sure sounds good. I totally loved my flowers when they were delivered by Jenn and Akiko on the day of the wedding. They were so gorgeous, fresh and arranged so beautifully. The flowers were one of my favorite parts of the wedding. I am extremely happy with my wedding flowers and highly recommended Jenn and Akiko for their fantastic floral service.

    Jenn provided Day-of Coordination for my daughter's wedding as well as the flower arrangements (bouquets and boutonnieres.) The services were excellent. Jenn's services were wide ranging including giving us unlimited access via email, phone; Ceremony and Reception site walk thru prior to wedding; attendance at the Rehearsal with Officiant and venue Event Coordinator; contacted and coordinated all vendors for Day-of; created an itinerary for Day-of; supervised Event set-up and took care of all my daughter's DIY crafts and activities; and, sooo

    Jenn was genuinely excited to do the flowers and coordination for my wedding. She set up every detail of my wedding just how I envisioned it. Even though we gave her a lot to do, she jumped right in with no hesitation and took care of everything so all I had to think about was enjoying my wedding day!

    We had the great pleasure of having Jennifer with Soiree Girls take care of our flowers and décor. The flowers were vibrant fresh and fragrant. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked into the venue, everything was absolutely gorgeous! From the bouquets to the centerpieces to the venue décor, it was all perfect. Jennifer made my wedding day seamless. There were no worries for me that day. Jennifer truly has a good heart and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a honest, talented and caring wedding planner. In our short time of planning Jennifer has become a great family friend. We thank you again!!!!!

    You MUST hire the Soiree Girls to plan your wedding, it was the best decision we made. We keep getting so many compliments about our wedding, and it is all thanks to Jenn from Soiree Girls. Jenn has such a wonderful personality and was so easy to work with. She understood that we didn't want to do everything cookie-cutter wedding style. She has great style, and I'm so glad Jenn and Akiko styled our wedding. They handled the ceremony arch decoration, made table floral arrangements, and had a stunning cake table decoration and sweetheart table set up. They also are very skilled at making floral arrangements--for the tables, and also my bouquet was out of this world.
    Jenn also recommended top-notch vendors (making planning so easy) and checked our contracts to make sure we weren't missing anything. I didn't think we needed a planner, but things would have been so stressful without Jenn.
    Jenn really cares that all goes well. She went above and beyond--she saw that I was stepping all over my wedding dress so she took me aside and bustled it up. My mom was going to leave the party early because she was concerned about my grandmother getting back to the hotel--Jenn recommended a car service that took great care of my grandmother, and because of this, my mom decided to stay at the reception. Thanks Jenn for these extra touches.
    Go with Soiree Girls, you will be grateful you did.

    Jenn and Akiko of Soiree Girls were incredible on all fronts! I can't imagine what it would have been like to plan my wedding without them. My husband and I live in Brooklyn, and were planning a wedding in Tucson (his hometown) from afar. We were only able to make one trip out to Tucson during the planning stages, so relied heavily on Jenn and Akiko for everything. They were professional, responsive, organized, thoughtful, creative, down-to-earth and fun at every turn. Their rates are extremely reasonable for the high level of service they provide. They were completely understanding and sensitive to our particular requests and preferences. They designed our flowers for us, which came out amazingly. They also recommended a great photographer and photobooth. It was also the little things that stood out. We really wanted to serve Churros, and were looking around for options (we weren't happy with the ones our caterer had at the reception. I found a little mexican bakery that had great reviews on yelp. I emailed Jenn about it on a friday evening. The next day she emailed me back to let me know that she had ALREADY gone to the bakery for breakfast and to taste the churros and loved it! I was completely blown away! We ended up getting churros from this bakery (Jenn actually picked them up on the day of the wedding...), and they were fabulous, not to mention extremely cheap. Although totally understanding about our ideas, I also really appreciated that Jenn and Akiko weren't to shy to gently suggest why they thought that something wasn't the greatest idea or wouldn't really work. They always let us make the final call, but I do think they saved us from making a couple of bad choices. Akiko has an amazing eye for design and managed to create the exact visual scene that we had in mind. Their day-of services were top-notch, and they made sure that everything ran smoothly. It was beautiful and a blast! Hire these girls! You will not regret it!

    Soirée Girls LLC was amazing. Hired with short notice before the wedding, they were responsive to all needs of florists, photographers, design, setup and tear down of reception. Jen was kind, energetic and responsive to multiple needs in preparation for and on the wedding day. I highly recommend Soirée Girls LLC.

    Jenn was very professional yet down to earth. She was wonderful to work with and always made me feel like she would take care of whatever I needed and she did. I recommend her highly to all brides! Don't do it yourself, Jenn is worth hiring!!! :)

    Jenn was absolutely incredible from our first meeting. She gave helpful suggestions about decorations, etiquette, timing, everything! She also has available an INCREDIBLE collection of vintage items for event rental that fit with our theme perfectly and ended up accessorizing the space at the Hotel Congress so beautifully. She is so detail-oriented and willing to work with the vision of the bride and groom, the meetings with her were smooth and calming, she was always easy to get in contact with, and I am so incredibly grateful for her help with both decorating and with the process. She is an absolute dream and so worth the investment, especially for Tucson brides that have a vision that might not fit in the standard box but still would love a dream day.

    I am thrilled to no end that I hired Jenn with Soiree Events. Jenn and her team was prompt, professional, and gave full attention to detail. Jenn did an excellent job from our very first meeting to staying late after our wedding to make sure the venue was left in crisp and clean order. She never missed a beat - from setting up the venue exactly as I had pictured it to running to ask the DJ to stop or start playing certain songs :) Jenn truly went above and beyond for our wedding. I can't recommend her highly enough!! My biggest reason for hiring a Day of Coordinator was that I wanted to be able to relax and enjoy my wedding day - Jenn made sure that my fiance (now husband!!) and I were able to do just that. We knew the event was in trusted hands and that mean so very much to us both! Thank you Soiree Events for a fantastic day!!!

    Jenn provided some great decor ideas during our planning phase that helped lift the vision for our daughter's wedding to another level. When asked for recommendations, Jenn was able to help connect me to suppliers that I ended up hiring and being very pleased with. She was also very helpful in putting together the day-of itinerary and helping us stick to it. Jenn's calm demeanor was very reassuring during wedding day pressures.

    We could not have asked for more. Jenn was confident, approachable, and delivered everything we expected and more. We highly recommend Soirée Events and also the photographer she recommended was exceptional...his photo booth was the hit of the event!

    Jennifer was Great, along with Akiko they made both our dream wedding come to life! We would definitely consider using Soiree Events LLC again for our future events. They were affordable and worked with our own personal budget. It was clear to see the dedication and drive for a successful wedding in Jenn.
