We hired Chandler Hall (Social Etiquette) in fall of 2024 for our September 2025 wedding. At first everything was fine, good communication, a couple meetings prior to wedding to share our vision including some elements of Super8 film all of which we paid for additional fees. Our wedding was Sep 26, 2025 and Chandler told us he would have our finished 6 minute film turned around in 12 weeks. After Christmas we started to get concerned because we had not heard from Chandler. He assured us he would have our film week after week, continuously pushing back when he would the film completed. Finally in March 2026, he send our film as a YouTube link to his account and it looks nothing like the quality of films on his website and is also missing critical elements including my vows, our full ceremony video and there are no super8 clips which we had discussed prior to. It honestly seems like the videos he has on his website are not his own work. Chandler promised he would fix this, add in my vows and send a newly edited film. It is not almost June 2026 and we still have not received our edited film and Chandler has completely ghosted us, and effectively putting us in a position wherei we have to take him to court which we have been trying to avoid this entire time. Please do yourself a service and find a more experienced and professional photographer to capture such an important day. I truly regret not taking more time to find someone better.
