Great details from a Wedding Expo i attended.

Excellent food for an excellent price! Everyone cleaned their plates and raved about the food. It was a great alternative to your typical (and very pricey) caterer. It was also nice that they provided people to stay and refill the warming trays at the buffet table for the entirety of the wedding.
