Lori is such a sweet lady that listened to what we want and made it happen! We received many compliments on the food. We would gladly use Smoke Shack for other events.

Great tasty food and very professional.

First off, I liked the catering manager as a person, but as a professional I was really disappointed. I changed vendors two weeks before my Wedding because of the non-responsiveness I was receiving from the manager. I would call and call and email and wouldn't get a response for weeks if at all. I was afraid she wouldn't show up on the day of my Wedding, so I switched right before. The tasting went very well. We LOVED the food. I would have given this restaurant five stars on that if I could. The cost of the food was also really reasonable. At the last minute she gave us a final bill and the total was a lot more then what we had agreed upon when booking the vendor. The manager argued with me until I provided the quote she sent to me. This was very frustrating and stressful right before my wedding so I called it quits.
