Smith’s charming historic mansion transforms beautifully from space for kids to a unique setting for adult celebrations. Located minutes from Center City Philadelphia, just off Kelly Drive, Smith is nestled among the beautiful trees and expansive lawns of Fairmount Park.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the 16,000 square foot Playhouse includes terraces and porches with impressive views. Inside, a graceful staircase, large windows, and warm woodwork create the perfect setting for a corporate event, cocktail party, reception, dinner, wedding, baby shower, or anniversary party. Outside, Smith’s six-acre Playground with its award-winning Ann Newman Giant Wooden Slide invites fun, festivity, and celebration.

Rates begin at $750 and vary depending on hours, season, and spaces used. Discounts are offered to non-profit organizations.
