We hired Uk for our NYC wedding and could not be happier with the experience. Throughout the process, Uk was highly professional, responsive, kind, and accommodating while also having a creative vision that you can fully trust. During our wedding day, Uk went above and beyond, always with ideas for new poses/scenery (many of our favorite wedding photos were poses/shot ideas that Uk had directed), and with the experience to direct two camera shy people with ease. Even despite how hectic our day was, it was hard not to notice Uk's attention to detail and efforts on wedding day--in the corner of our eye during our first dance, you could see him running around in circles to capture the perfect angle (with incredible results), staying behind for an extra second between room/location changes to capture extra details, and finding suitable backgrounds for both video and photo (often lending a hand to our photographer even though he was only at our wedding for video).

We received our wedding films, both the 3 minute short film and longer ceremony/reception film, only about 1 month of our wedding and are overjoyed with the results. I had been worried after receiving our full album from our photographer because our reception had been in an indoor space and our first dance/reception photos had turned out SO dark and awkwardly positioned--but Uk saved the day!! I'm not sure how Uk did what our photographer didn't, but in his videos you couldn't even tell how dark the reception room was because of how beautiful the film turned out. You would think the room's lighting was incredible if you just saw the video.

While we loved many of our vendors, if we had to choose one, Uk would be the #1 we couldn't have gone without. Don't let the lack of reviews on Google/Yelp scare you away. Still in awe at the quality of our video, especially for the price we paid (other videographers of similar quality with less in their packages often charge thousands more in NYC). SLP is highly underrated!

UK had all the components you need for the wedding. He not only works very well along with the photographer but he makes sure that he doesn’t become your burden. He was punctual with responses, had great mannerism, and has nice smile that makes the bridal party and the guest camera ready!
