Sydney is great! She was super easy to work with, the cakes tasted really wonderful, and her pricing was way better than some of the alternative vendors we looked at. I'm not sure what more you would want out of your wedding cake baker.

We ended up choosing a vanilla cake with raspberry mousse and vanilla buttercream frosting and a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and vanilla frosting. Both were flavorful without being too sweet, moist, and had a nice mix of sponginess and crumb (we've been watching some GBBO). She also did a great job decorating our cutting cake with flowers provided by our florist.

Sydney from Simply Sweet was awesome! She let us try 4 different flavors for the cake with mini cupcakes which was so much fun. The cake ended up looking beautiful and she worked closely with our florist to decorate it exactly how we wanted.

I highly recommend Simply Sweet! The cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. They were very accommodating and I was able to have the top tier gluten free and the bottom tiers regular cake. Simply Sweet exceeded my expectations!

Yummy, decadent and beautiful!!!! Sydney created such an amazing cake for our wedding! She was super accommodating in creating something delicious to go with our dessert bar for our small group of 30 people and no one knew that it was dairy-free!!! We were impressed on how many options she had to accommodate a dairy-free cake too. We ordered a tasting box, which she hand delivered to our door, and were pleasantly surprised to find "his & hers" cupcakes in all four flavors we had chosen. The decision for the final cake was NOT easy since they were all so delicious!!! The 2-tiered cake was enjoyed by all and we can't wait to enjoy one of her treats again at future occasions!!!!

Sydney's cakes were so incredibly tasty! And they are beautiful. She let me adjust the flavors as we got closer to our wedding day. And after the wedding, I went back to order a birthday cake from her for my husband because we loved our wedding cake so much! Thank you, Sydney!!

Sydney was a joy to work with! She was so receptive of my vision for the design of our wedding cake and worked diligently with me to make it happen. We also loved the taste of our cake, which is no small feat as it was a vegan/gluten free almond cake with vegan almond buttercream! So delicious! From our tasting to the big day Sydney was so helpful, professional and kind while delivering a memorable piece of our wedding day. We would highly recommend working with her for your wedding cake needs!

Sydney was so easy and delightful to work with as we planned our wedding! Her desserts were pretty and delicious, and we didn’t worry about anything because she handled delivery and set-up on the somewhat hectic day of our DIY event. Our croquembouche was nicely complemented by the other desserts we selected, including macarons, mousse parfait cups and peach tartlets. We would gladly work with Sydney again, and have thought of asking her to make some other family celebration cakes or treats.

Sydney did an amazing job! She allowed us to personalize our entire wedding dessert table and really paid attention to my dietary restrictions. Every single thing was gone by the end of the night! Not only did it all look spectacular, it tasted even better!

We hired Sydney for a custom wedding cake. The design we wanted was very untraditional and she nailed it with just a verbal description. Our guests loved the cake. The design was special and unique to us and the flavors were delicious!
