Charissa is an excellent planner and coordinator! I started working with her with our venue booked, but pretty much no other vision or idea of how I wanted our wedding to be. She was patient, provided suggestions and recommended excellent vendors to help it all come together, and was also on top of all vendor communications. It was also super easy to schedule time and get in touch with her throughout the whole process (15 months of planning!), even if it was just for 10-minute call to touch base on random questions that we had. She, Kevin and Melissa also did an excellent job coordinating day-of and making sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and ran smoothly. She was also available throughout the day (and into the winddown at night!) to answer any questions that came up. Having Charissa and her team really removed so much stress from wedding planning and the wedding day. Highly recommended!

I just have to start with wow. Working with Charissa was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. When deciding on a coordinator, I wanted to find someone that would really listen and help with what I wanted for the day and she did just that. Having booked her pre Covid, she was fantastic in offering advice on postponing. While we were dealing with issues with our photographer she was there to help any way she could, even before our contract started!! The day of the wedding, she set up everything beautifully and just the way I had pictures. She helped our day run so smoothly that it made for a much more enjoyable night with our family and friends. Just hire her. I promise you won’t regret your decision!

Charissa and Jess are the most wonderful human beings ever, and will make your day absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Charissa, her attentiveness to detail, her ability to destress you just by her mere presence. She coordinated the day of events perfectly, everything flowed so well. Charissa was amazing before, during and after our wedding! From the start, she was willing to do site visits, multiple phone calls, video chats, etc. Her calmness, kindness, and guidance was extremely beneficial throughout the entire wedding planning process - she answered any and all of the questions we had, whether that be design ideas or timeline of the day. During the wedding day, she was all over everything! Setting up the reception, coordinating with the wedding party - just making sure everything was ready to go and perfect. My husband and I managed to get a lot of planning done, but when we got down to the last few months and I was in a hectic semester of grad school, it was time to bring in a planner to help keep us on track. Charissa was super helpful! Wedding planning was making me so anxious, but Charissa helped me stay calm. Making decisions about things like my jewelry and bouquet and setting/meeting deadlines became less overwhelming when I was able to bounce ideas off of her and talk things through. Charissa also sent reminders of details to go over with my vendors before meetings and checked in with me to make sure I was completing tasks, which is seriously what I needed! My only regret is not finding her sooner!

Making a decision on hiring a wedding planner or not was defiantly a tough one for us. We didn't fully understand how much having one would help us. Charissa is the so professional, outgoing, and very thoughtful! From day 1 she was on top of everything, she went above and beyond her wedding planner duties to help make our day perfect.
