What a horrendous experience. This business is based out of a home in Chula Vista, and although they had a large selection of items, the consistency, professionalism and quality communication is lacking. For my wedding day, I requested benches and a white wood dance floor. After initial contact, the process took multiple calls and emails (with no response) to finally get an official price quote - the owner was renting from another vendor. Once I got to my reception, the benches weren't there as they were "already on their way down to Mexico" and the dance floor was not even close to the picture I showed the owner. It was extremely small for 120 people and was set up wrong. The women wearing heels were falling through the cracks, and it had a high ledge that people were tripping on. And after all of that, she wouldn't refund us our money on the benches. So upsetting. You get what you pay for.
