As with most of my vendors, I came to the first meeting with Lowell Arthur with a pretty solid idea of what I wanted. Lowell listened and chatted with my future mother-in-law, my fiance and me about the options, and he was very excited by our ideas. The eventual menu evolved quite a bit throughout the planning process, but we ended up with a delicious meal that was unique to our event. Leading up to the wedding, the professionals from Simcha Kosher Catering interfaced many times with the venue's staff, in order to achieve an event that flowed pretty close to exactly as planned. And believe me, we had it planned down to the minute! At the wedding, Lowell even joined in the celebration, dancing along with our guests to the Hora. We used Simcha catering for a few meals at our wedding. We aren't all kosher so we just ordered a couple meals for those who are. Luckily, the guests said their food was really delicious, even though we got married directly after the chaggim and had to have the food frozen at the hotel for a few days beforehand.

The person who was working with me was incredibly unresponsive and hard to deal with. She didn't even have the final order to me to pay until after they had sent the van to deliver the food. I hope it was just because the holidays made things stressful for them in the office, but during that week they were really hard to work with and not very flexible.
