Ron is an amazing DJ! I knew that I wanted to book him as our DJ before even getting engaged as I have attended other events where Ron was the DJ. He was our DJ for our ceremony and reception on 10.12. Even with the weather not cooperating and the schedule needing to change for the reception, Ron handled the last minutes changes wonderfully. The dance floor was packed all night! Everyone loved the music variety. We couldn’t have asked for better entertainment for our big day. You have to book Ron for your wedding!

Ron was amazing! We can’t say enough good things about our experience, from booking and communications back-and-forth to the actual big day! He kept the party going, he had a great sense for the crowd and what songs were going to be a hit! He was quick to improvise when my husband and I decided to hike the garter out to the crowd, he played the NFL theme song which was a really cool touch! Ron was wonderful! My husband and I had an incredible reception and all our guests complimented Ron so much after! He also offered his advice with timing of my processional and it made it so much better than it would have been. He didn’t just play music he truly wanted us to have the best day!

We had the best experience hiring Ron as our DJ!! While we hired him very early, Lauri and Ron were always very responsive to my emails and did so in a timely manner. He helped us out immensely with a MOG/Groom first dance mash up as well as with a unique grand march! He also listened to my request to play mostly dance music and he delivered better than expected. The dance floor was always crowded and we partied until the end! I couldn’t recommend SSE enough!! Hire him for your wedding!!!

Ron is an amazing DJ and MC! We had a good idea of what we wanted and we were so happy to find Ron. He is such a nice person and he and his wife Lauri were so easy to work with! We had guests tell us how amazing he was too! He had to stall for a while because my dress came unbustled between special dances and no one even knew! His ability to read the room and give recommendations were so helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ and MC!

You want variety? Someone who totally encapsulates your day. I laid out a whole long email about what I wanted as music is my favorite part of the reception. I had 2 videos that I needed shown, and he worked with me to make sure the sound was audible for all the guests. I explicitly told him that I did not want to leave the dance floor and I want minimal slow songs, and he delivered. You will not regret it!

Hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Ron as our DJ. Ron and his wife, Laurie, were amazing through planning helping to answer any questions and respond quickly. Ron and I believe his wife were awesome to work with! She also replied to my emails right away. Ron’s personality was great! When we first met we knew we found the DJ for us! Everyone had so much fun at our wedding because he played music that he knew they would like. He did the music for our ceremony which was perfect! Only great things having him at our wedding. I personally appreciated that he only allowed song requests that fit within the genres that we had previously discussed. Some DJs play any request they receive which can completely kill the dance floor. Spoon did a great job of filtering requests to make sure the night we imagined wasn't derailed. He was also great with changing things up the night of the wedding per our request. We had planned a complicated grand march entrance, but our wedding party hadn't had time to practice it before the reception. He was able to change things up on the fly so that our wedding party was comfortable with what we were doing.
