I am not the type write a review, and a bad one for that matter, and I really don't have high criteria for customer service - I just expect people to do their jobs respectfully. My entire wedding experience felt ruined by this photographer. When we were shopping around, she seemed friendly and bubbly, but over time she showed her true colors. She was rude and disrespectful to my family during the wedding pics. She made us feel rushed and acted as if she did not want to be there during the service. She left shortly after the reception started and didn't get some important pics from that special night!!! It was wierd to say the least - She really stood out like an angry relative - but to think she was being paid by me to be there! Oh, and the pictures were not even that good - my husband's head is even out of frame in one. I would suggest looking elsware. You would be better off getting your niece to take some shots with your iphone.
