This weekend we had a 180 person wedding and Signature Creations was one of the BEST decisions we made. Not only was the food absolutely amazing there was so much of everything. We even had a ton of food left over in the end. We got so many compliments on the main dishes and huge desert display. They were so easy to work with and Eddie's personal touch through the whole process kept us at ease and confident that everything would be perfect.

I cannot recommend Signature Creations enough. We discovered them via a blog highlighting a wedding at our venue, The Landmark Loews, in Jersey City. The wedding looked expensive and we assumed Signature Creations would be out of our price range but contacted them anyway just to get an idea of pricing. Not only were they affordable and within our budget, they were the most flexible, professional, and helpful caterers we contacted. Eddie and his staff worked with us to create a custom menu for our affair and provided everything we needed and more. They also recommended a great rental company, Ocean Tents, for our table and chair rental. The staff was in constant contact with us, checking in and making any changes as needed. On the day of the wedding they were nothing short of spectacular. Every member of their waitstaff was incredibly nice and went out of their way to make our day absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better caterer. Our guests RAVED about the food and went even more crazy for the dessert buffet!!! I would recommend Signature Creations to anyone without hesitation.

Eddy and Signature Creations were perfect. I could not have asked for anything better. When I arrived late after pictures, I was bummed that we had just missed cocktail hour, but the head woman brought my husband and I a huge plate with a sample of every appetizer. They set up the tables very nicely and cleared things away well. The dinner was good and the dessert amazing. Everyone was taking pictures of it. The head woman really made my night though- she was always there asking what I needed, helping us open and pour our champagne and was just so friendly. And they were very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend!
