We hired Jessica a year ahead of time to help with our wedding. My partner and I had high expectations, and Jessica delivered. When our venue and the surrounding neighborhood experienced a power outage the afternoon of our wedding (seriously), Jessica stayed calm and worked with the venue behind the scenes (without adding to our stress at all) to figure out contingency plans and get the power back on (which thankfully happened just in time). In addition to the day-of, Jessica was extremely patient and professional with our venue (not easy), recommended some key vendors (photobooth, band), and kept us on track. Thank you Jessica!

I initially met Jessica Harris of Shine Event Productions at a wedding fair in San Francisco, and ended up hiring her for month-of coordination for my wedding in January 2013. I couldn’t have been happier with the results!
Jessica has a wonderful balance of being super organized, professional, and attentive while still being a warm, fun person to be around. Once we started working together, she was able to quickly identify and make recommendations about all the things we still needed to iron out without making us feel overwhelmed (which is of course the last thing you’ll need in the month before your wedding). She built our wedding day timeline, finalized arrangements with all of our vendors, and provided coordination for the ceremony rehearsal and the entire wedding day.
Jessica has a kind yet commanding personality which meant that all of our vendors, guests, family, and bridal party actually listened to her. As with any wedding, there were plenty of glitches along the way, but Jessica handled them all seamlessly, allowing my husband and me to truly enjoy our big day. Jessica’s pricing is also very reasonable compared with several other coordinators I spoke with – she was willing to work with us on a package that met our needs within my budget. If you are looking for any form of wedding coordination services – from day-of to full event planning – I highly recommend Jessica.

Highly recommend!
We didn't have it in our budget for a full planner but knew we wanted to have a day of coordinator. Jessica was recommended to us by our venue, and upon our first meeting with her we new that this was the right decision. Jessica was all around amazing. She was very professional, knowledgable, organized, communicative, and on top of that just the nicest person with positive and calming energy, literally everything you want in your coordinator. She has a great checklist to help you plan (so many little details and things we didn't think of), we had really helpful check-in calls, and she was so responsive to my millions of questions leading up to wedding day. Not only did she help make sure our wedding day went completely smooth from start to finish (when she said the only thing she wanted us to worry about was getting married and enjoying the day, she meant it) but she went above and beyond by helping set up decorations (her artistic work with some greenery and flowers was phenomenal!). She was 100% worth it, and I highly recommend her to any couples in the Bay Area.
