I've always been envious of those people lucky enough to find a "permanent photographer", someone they always have in their life to capture the big moments (and the little moments in between). Well as luck had it, my now husband and I had the fortune of having Sheryl photograph our daughter when she was a newborn. We were so blown away by the photographs that we booked with her several more times throughout our daughters first year. When the time came to select a wedding photographer there wasn't a question in our minds that it would be Sheryl Bale Photography. We hosted a small (but jam packed!!) "wedding weekend" and she was there with us for a boating excursion the day before the wedding as well as the FULL day of our wedding. She couldn't have done a better job and was such a blessing to have there with us on our big day!! When we got our pictures I couldn't believe both the quantity and quality of them. My favorite part was that in addition to all the pictures we had requested, she (and her AWESOME assistant Danny) captures some incredibly candid pictures that perfectly reflect the amazing time we had on our special day. We're already planning the next time we can schedule a photo shoot! Highly, highly recommend! You might just be lucky enough to find your "permanent photographer" too :)

Sheryl Bale and her assistant Danny was great! A true pleasure to work with! I had a budget, DIY wedding and boy was she was totally able to roll with the punches! Climbing through bushes and mud, picking up crying babies, while taking pictures mind you, fixing my DIY photobooth, and politely working around my eccentric cell phone picture crazed guests… all with a calm demeanor and smiling face. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. She got through all of my excel spreadsheet of pictures, and they turned out beautiful! Thank you so much!!!

We were traveling to Southern California for vacation and wanted to have family photos taken. Sheryl was recommended by a wedding planner I know in the area. She worked with me on the location and was great at communicating. The day of the shoot, my two year old’s patience ran out fast. Sheryl did a great job working with my daughters and changed up the poses to keep it fun for the kids. She caught some precious candid moments of my girls in the water. I am very happy with our images. Will definitely work with her again when we go back.
