I would choose the Sheraton to have our wedding at over and over again. We worked initially with Stacey as we booked during the height of COVID and then with Cathy. Both were so very kind and helpful. Before the wedding we had a pre meeting with Cathy which calmed my nerves. Then on wedding day both Cathy and our Maitre D’ Hillary made sure everything went seamlessly. They paid so much attention to detail and made sure both of us were happy. We had a special process for our professional and Cathy and Hillary took to heart to make sure it worked perfectly! They kept us so calm throughout the day. We did our ceremony and reception at the hotel and it was a logistical dream. Never having to leave and having so many great photo locations around the hotel made the day much more stress free! Especially with having a lot of out of town guests, the hotel made everything very convenient. The bridal suite was amazing and icing on the cake after our reception. All of the staff were so kind and we have no complaints. We had the best day with the Sheraton!

I worked with Cathy at the Sheraton Suites when planning my 2020 reception. Due to Covid, we moved both the ceremony and reception to 2021, and Cathy and her team could not have been more accommodating during those times of uncertainty.
Working directly with Cathy the last few months prior to my day was an absolute breeze. Her attention to detail plus tied into the fact that she was always fast to respond to emails and provided detailed answers back- I felt like I was the only bride she was working with at the time. (which I could I knew wasn't the case, but that's how she makes you feel- her focus is on you). On the day, she was ever so present in knowing what to do and when, keeping the day moving smoothly. The venue itself is just beautiful. My guests could not stop talking about the sights of the river, how good the food was, and the overall how accommodating everyone was. We loved having our guests stay the night, then we could see them in the morning at breakfast. I will forever be grateful that we selected the Sheraton Suites for our July 2021 reception.

I am so thankful I booked my wedding at the Sheraton. I originally had planned to only hold my reception there but approximately 3 months before, I was told our church would not open if our county was still red under the COVID system. Luckily, the Sheraton allowed us to hold our ceremony at the hotel as well. They were great during Covid and allowed me to have the wedding of my dreams.

I’m so glad we picked this venue! The staff at the Sheraton go above and beyond! We had lots of out of town guests including ourselves and they were able to accommodate us for an affordable discounted rate! From the cocktail hour to The ballroom to coffee service, everything was beyond perfect! The food was superb and all of our guests were very impressed! We also splurged for the late night pizza which was a great added touch!

Oh my goodness, it was more beautiful than we could have imagined!!! We held our reception at the Sheraton and had guests from all over the world stay in a hotel block. Cathy, our coordinator, made the process so much easier when planning from a distance. Raia, our maitre'd, made everything flow so smoothly. Our guests were well taken care of by Gina, our bartender, and the servers. The balcony views of the rapids, foliage, and kayakers were spectacular from the Summit Room for cocktail hour. The Jr. Ballroom was the perfect size for 80 guests and looked really beautiful with a touch of uplighting and flowers. We received many compliments on the food. The Grand Wedding Package provided lots of high-end appetizers, upscale entrees, and plenty of delicious drinks for the whole night. The convenience factor was huge. We were able to have several wedding weekend events within walking distance. Downtown Cuyahoga Falls has cute restaurants and bars for welcome parties/after parties/rehearsal dinners, and the brunch at the hotel was amazing! The bridal suite had 2 levels and a balcony with a river view. The large living room area was perfect for having makeup and hair on-site and also allowed us to have some friends over the day after the wedding to play board games. There is no need to leave the property for pictures as the area is full of opportunities for indoor and outdoor pictures (e.g. riverfront walkway, High Glens Bridge Park next door, riverfront pictures, glass elevator, grand staircase). You cannot get a better value at any other venue. We had considered having our wedding in a few different states and types of venues and am so happy we chose this special place!

The Sheraton Suites will always remain a very special place for us. Not only did we get engaged at the stunning Beau's on the River Restaurant with the help of the manager, Ryan... A year later we decided to have our wedding there at the Sheraton Suites and I cant thank them enough for all their fabulous service! Wedding Coordinator Jennifer Heideman along with Raia Presto went ABOVE and BEYOND the day of my wedding. They took care of everything, coordinated vendors, accommodated for our specific details, had great communication, delivered all the gifts, cake, veil, etc to the room, and promptly answered and addressed all my questions and concerns. We were so, so, pleased by all of their hard work and effort! The reception looked AMAZING. Every one of our guests raved about it. I cannot thank them enough for making the day absolutely perfect. You can NOT beat having the areas BEST bridal suite steps away from the party and the BEST brunch at Beau's on the River the next morning. I would highly recommend this venue to and bride or groom!

You truly get your money's worth at this venue. We had a 250+ person wedding reception in the grand ballroom at the Sheraton and it was absolutely magical. Jennifer Heideman, the event coordinator there was exceptional. I would recommend this place 10/10. If we could go back and do our reception over again, we would do it just the same!!

We worked very closely with Dawn while planning our wedding reception. Everything turned out perfect and she did everything to help us stay stress free and truly enjoy our day! The planning process was easy and enjoyable! I highly recommend planning an important event with The Sheraton!

There are so many aspects about the Sheraton in Cuyahoga Falls that we absolutely loved when it came to hosting our ceremony and wedding: the amazing collaboration and support from all staff from start to finish, the attention to detail in planning and coordinating all of the diverse components, the beautiful location on the Cuyahoga Falls (so many opportunities for gorgeous wedding pictures!), the abundance of natural light in both the Library Room (where we held our ceremony) and Cuyahoga Falls ballroom, the two-floor bridal suites and the excellent hotel rooms for guests, the delicious and elegantly prepared food, and the transparent and reasonably priced package deal that included so much (e.g. menu tasting, NO hidden or outrageous fees, wedding coordinator etc.)! The Sheraton in Cuyahoga Falls was THE PERFECT location for us! We had 75 guests and fit comfortably in their smaller ballroom overlooking the Falls (which lights up at night) but they also have a larger ballroom (with beautiful lighting) if you have a bigger guest list.

The Sheraton provided the perfect venue for our wedding reception. There were so many great aspects about it that I am not sure where to start. Well for one our main contact was Dawn and she is phenomenal! She was quick to respond to questions or provide advice from her experience when we were not sure about something regarding the reception. She was extremely helpful in the planning process and our “night of” maitre de Karen was also spectacular. She helped with set up, moving presents into the ballroom, locking up of checks, and various other things that we appreciated. The venue itself is beautiful with several photo op spots inside and around the hotel. We got a lot of compliments on the food and service during the reception. The rooms were the nicest we have stayed in by far and the service was always outstanding. We are also using our points from the wedding weekend on our hotel for the honeymoon which was a nice bonus!
