We reserved our hotel room block through the Sheraton (Jovanna) for our wedding. I could not have been more happy with the service we received!!! Exceptional service, all the way down to accommodating the distribution of welcome packets/schedules and gift bags! With the amount of guests we had staying at the hotel we were comped a suite for 3 nights, our parents and grandparents were upgraded to the executive floor, we received two free shuttle services. In fact they accommodated holding our refrigerated items that we needed for the actual wedding day, and delivered flutes for us to use! They bent over backwards making our weekend to be everything we could have hoped for and more. Upon arrival to our room on our wedding night we found a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND; I am hooking my venue up with them as their preferred partner!
