Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort is a hotel wedding venue located in Orlando, Florida. Part of the Marriott family, this elegant venue boasts two spacious ballrooms, perfect for events of all sizes. It's also just two mile from Disney Springs and offers daily shuttles to the park, making it ideal for Disney fans.

Facilities and Capacity

This venue can accommodate up to 900 people for a cocktail reception in its Majestic Palm Ballroom, making it ideally suited to lavish occasions. It can also host 625 guests for banquet-style dining. This sophisticated space features neutral décor, ornate light fixtures, and large windows for ample natural light. There's also the Royal Palm Ballroom, which holds 800 guests for cocktail receptions and 500 for a banquet. Several smaller rooms are available for more intimate gatherings. You may opt to have your ceremony outdoors amidst the beauty and sunshine of the venue's Palm Garden, before enjoying pre-reception cocktails by the pool.

My wife Desiree and myself recently were married in this hotel. Donna, Grace, and the whole team did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for a better team for the big day. The whole front desk staff was also excellent in making sure my guests rooms were perfect. This hotel has always been a favorite of ours and now it holds even more amazing memories. Thank you for hiring amazing people who provided us the highest level of customer service.
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW AMAZING DONNA IS! She stays with you every step of the way and we cannot thank her enough!

The wedding coordinator Donna Cooke at the venue made every effort to work with me and my tight budget. She was easy to work with and recommended tips to make my wedding beautiful.
She was detailed and assisted me in creating my timeline.
I chose this venue mostly because of the location and because I got a wedding coordinator who was seasoned and knew weddings well.
This location was ideal for travelers and parking at the resort for the wedding was easy and plenty. I would recommend this venue

Donna at the Sheraton LBV was extremely detailed and professional in helping us with hosting our wedding in Orlando. She was helpful and accommodated all our traditions and different ceremonies. I would definitely recommend hosting your event here.

When looking for a venue, my husband and I were searching for something affordable, and him coming from a large family, this was very important for us.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton LBV and could not have been any more pleased with the end result! From the food (which was amazing!) to the hospitality, everything was just perfect! We are going on 2 week since our wedding and our guests are still talking about it!

Donna was a delight to work with! From our very first meeting until the end, she was professional and made us feel at ease, from beginning to end. She is just the sweetest! Donna, Grace, and the whole Sheraton LBV team made our ceremony and reception feel like the event of a lifetime! We had so much fun and I cannot say this enough-- everything was perfect!!

Being from Miami, and not being able to meet with her on a regular basis (only met with her twice before the wedding; everything was done through email), Donna made sure everything was taken care of and that just made us very happy :)

We definitely made the right decision with choosing the Sheraton for our wedding weekend!

My husband and I had our reception here and could not have been more pleased! The ballroom was spectacular. The acoustics were great! We had about 100 people, and it did not feel crowded, but did not feel empty. I must say that the food was also amazing! Most weddings aren’t known for their excellent food, but the food at the Sheraton was so delicious! I got so many compliments, and some of my guests even said the asked for seconds! I would highly recommend that any bride looking for a great reception space check out the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista. You will be in excellent hands with Donna Cooke!

Working with Donna Cooke at Sheraton has been amazing. My wedding ceremony and reception was perfect. The planning was thorough and professional, the food was delicious, the staff friendly and attentive, the location was beautiful. My wedding truly was perfect.

Our wedding at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista was simply amazing! When choosing our venue, it was really important that we felt a connection with the Event Coordinator that we would be working with. Donna Cooke was a dream! Not only was she super responsive, but also so friendly and easy to work with. In addition, she worked great with our wedding planner. And we actually all had FUN at our planning meetings (even my husband!)

Although they have other events going on, anytime you speak with Donna she will treat you as if you are the most important client. We did a winter wonderland theme, and she even brought in some glittery snowflakes she had at home!

Every single aspect of the weekend was amazing. We used the fire pit for the Rehearsal Dinner Friday night. The weather was pretty chilly so we had to end up going inside, but it ended up working out better, as it was a more intimate setting for bridal party gifts. We used the newer ballroom for both the ceremony and the reception, and then had the cocktail hour out by the fire pit. All of our guests were raving about how beautiful the property was!

When we had our tasting, the food was amazing, and it was EVEN BETTER when the staff had to prepare the meals for over 150 people. Again, something we received several compliments on. In addition to food, the beverage staff was so friendly. Several of our guests also commented on how fun the bar tenders were.

This really is a perfect place for your wedding weekend, and we could not have been happier that we chose this venue for our special day.

I just had my wedding at the Sheraton and I have to say it was beautiful. The grounds are so beautiful and make for wonderful pictures. The staff was very friendly and sweet. Donna the event manager was extremely helpful. All of my guests enjoyed our weekend at the pool and tiki bar. Food was great, the ball rooms are on the newer side and the outside palm garden was great for the backdrop. It was overall a wonderful time.
