My wife Desiree and myself recently were married in this hotel. Donna, Grace, and the whole team did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for a better team for the big day. The whole front desk staff was also excellent in making sure my guests rooms were perfect. This hotel has always been a favorite of ours and now it holds even more amazing memories. Thank you for hiring amazing people who provided us the highest level of customer service.

The wedding coordinator Donna Cooke at the venue made every effort to work with me and my tight budget. She was easy to work with and recommended tips to make my wedding beautiful.
She was detailed and assisted me in creating my timeline.
I chose this venue mostly because of the location and because I got a wedding coordinator who was seasoned and knew weddings well.
This location was ideal for travelers and parking at the resort for the wedding was easy and plenty. I would recommend this venue

When looking for a venue, my husband and I were searching for something affordable, and him coming from a large family, this was very important for us.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton LBV and could not have been any more pleased with the end result! From the food (which was amazing!) to the hospitality, everything was just perfect! We are going on 2 week since our wedding and our guests are still talking about it!

Donna was a delight to work with! From our very first meeting until the end, she was professional and made us feel at ease, from beginning to end. She is just the sweetest! Donna, Grace, and the whole Sheraton LBV team made our ceremony and reception feel like the event of a lifetime! We had so much fun and I cannot say this enough-- everything was perfect!!

Being from Miami, and not being able to meet with her on a regular basis (only met with her twice before the wedding; everything was done through email), Donna made sure everything was taken care of and that just made us very happy :)

My husband and I had our reception here and could not have been more pleased! The ballroom was spectacular. The acoustics were great! We had about 100 people, and it did not feel crowded, but did not feel empty. I must say that the food was also amazing! Most weddings aren’t known for their excellent food, but the food at the Sheraton was so delicious! I got so many compliments, and some of my guests even said the asked for seconds! I would highly recommend that any bride looking for a great reception space check out the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista. You will be in excellent hands with Donna Cooke!

Working with Donna Cooke at Sheraton has been amazing. My wedding ceremony and reception was perfect. The planning was thorough and professional, the food was delicious, the staff friendly and attentive, the location was beautiful. My wedding truly was perfect.

Our wedding at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista was simply amazing! When choosing our venue, it was really important that we felt a connection with the Event Coordinator that we would be working with. Donna Cooke was a dream! Not only was she super responsive, but also so friendly and easy to work with. In addition, she worked great with our wedding planner. And we actually all had FUN at our planning meetings (even my husband!)

Although they have other events going on, anytime you speak with Donna she will treat you as if you are the most important client. We did a winter wonderland theme, and she even brought in some glittery snowflakes she had at home!

Every single aspect of the weekend was amazing. We used the fire pit for the Rehearsal Dinner Friday night. The weather was pretty chilly so we had to end up going inside, but it ended up working out better, as it was a more intimate setting for bridal party gifts. We used the newer ballroom for both the ceremony and the reception, and then had the cocktail hour out by the fire pit. All of our guests were raving about how beautiful the property was!

When we had our tasting, the food was amazing, and it was EVEN BETTER when the staff had to prepare the meals for over 150 people. Again, something we received several compliments on. In addition to food, the beverage staff was so friendly. Several of our guests also commented on how fun the bar tenders were.

This really is a perfect place for your wedding weekend, and we could not have been happier that we chose this venue for our special day.

I just had my wedding at the Sheraton and I have to say it was beautiful. The grounds are so beautiful and make for wonderful pictures. The staff was very friendly and sweet. Donna the event manager was extremely helpful. All of my guests enjoyed our weekend at the pool and tiki bar. Food was great, the ball rooms are on the newer side and the outside palm garden was great for the backdrop. It was overall a wonderful time.

Living in Central Florida, the tourist capital of the world, venue options were abundance. The one reason we decided on the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort to be our ceremony and reception venue was Donna Cooke, and we have no regrets. From day one, Donna gave us a sense of security/confidence that our special day will be just as we wanted or that she would do everything in her power to see to it. Throughout the 1.5+ years of planning, dozens of correspondences and several meetings, we were pleased with Donna’s responses and professionalism. Whether it’s her experience or personality, Donna always portrayed a sense of calmness, even up to two days prior to the wedding when the stress level is at an all-time high. On the “big” day, Florida’s typical summer weather was not promising for our outdoor ceremony. However, we held onto the hopes of an outdoor wedding up to 2-hours prior to the ceremony when Mother Nature spoke firmly and we made the call to move the ceremony indoor. This is where Donna’s many years of experience and her strong relationship with vendors made a difference. Without a real plan for an indoor ceremony, we expected a “plain Jane” indoor conference room as our back-up. To our surprise, the “back-up” ceremony area was breath-taking. I couldn’t help but tear-up when I saw it for the first time while walking down the aisle. Donna’s experience had the indoor ceremony area prepared well in advance. And because of her relationship with Diana (Kamini Designs) (our draping vendor for the reception hall), Diana came prepared to drape the back-up ceremony room, contributing to its beauty. The reception was also exceptional from the service, décor, and meals. The staff members were attentive and meals were delicious. We received raving comments such as, “the most beautiful wedding”, “the best wedding we’ve attended”, and “first class wedding”. All of this could not have been possible without Donna and her team (including Grace). Thank you!

We had our reception at the newly renovated Lake Buena Vista Sheraton. Donna Cooke was a pleasure to work with. The event staff were professional and attentive. I was very impressed with the catering! The servings were huge but our guests commented that they finished their plates because everything was good they didn't want to stop eating. The suite was spacious and tastefully decorated. We did a first look in the ceremony space and the photos were beautiful. The courtyard area was a wonderful location that we able to slip out to and get some additional photos. Our vendors and guests had positive feedback about the venue. Thanks so much to the staff at the Sheraton for making our Wedding reception fun and hassle-free!

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort. The venue was beautiful and perfect! I loved having the space so close together! The hotel was recently remodeled and has awesome vibrant colors around that your photographer will love to use as back drops! Donna really worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. She followed through with phone calls and e-mails throughout the planning process! She worked really well with our wedding coordinator, Carli. Any problems we had were addressed and resolved almost immediately. Donna has her own team she works with at the hotel that were also very helpful!
