The Best Decision We Made for Our Destination Wedding!
A friend referred us to Romance Travel Group for our destination wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. We simply could not have gotten through it all without Abigail and Heather by our side.
They took on the biggest and most complex piece of the puzzle, booking the hotel and arranging airport transfers for all of our guests, and made it feel completely effortless. Our guests were so well taken care of and that meant the world to us.
What truly set them apart was their communication. Every email was helpful and thorough, and they always responded quickly, no matter what question or concern came up. Abigail and Heather are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and a genuine joy to work with.

So helpful for destination wedding planning
Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, so working with Romance Travel Group made such a difference. Abby and Heather were absolutely great to work with throughout the process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or help us work through decisions. They made the planning experience feel much less stressful and much more manageable.
What stood out most was how much support they provided when it came to choosing resorts, understanding packages, and coordinating details for guests.
The one area that could really use improvement is the technology side. Their booking system, website tools, and overall software felt pretty outdated and difficult to work with. We actually ended up making our own wedding website because there were very limited customization options available through their system. Working with the team at Romance Travel Group has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From my very first consultation with Abby, who clearly explained every step of the destination wedding planning process, I felt confident that I was in capable hands. Her guidance made what initially felt overwhelming much more approachable. Heather was equally outstanding, handling all the room coordination and travel logistics with impressive organization and attention to detail. We decided to go with Romance Travel Group to help plan our wedding, and it truly made the entire process so much more enjoyable. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, and I honestly had no idea where to even begin—but they guided us every step of the way and made everything ifeel easy and manageable.
We had the pleasure of working with Heather and Abigail, who were both incredibly kind, responsive, and always there to answer our questions. They helped us find the perfect location for our wedding and even created a website for our guests, which made everything so seamless.
Even after we were introduced to the team at the venue, they continued to check in with us every couple of weeks and offer their support. They were also available to our guests, answering questions right up until the wedding, which took so much pressure off of us.
Overall, it’s been such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend any bride consider working with this group if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free wedding planning experience! :)

Romance Travel Group was incredibly helpful when selecting and organizing our destination wedding. They were very knowledgeable about the different all-inclusive resort options and helped us pick a resort that best fit our needs. They helped us secure a room block and took care of all our guest bookings. That way, I could focus on the wedding, and less on all the questions and concerns of our guests. They advocated on our behalf when we felt like the wedding planners at our resort were not being responsive. The only caveat I have is that weddings at all inclusive resorts are advertised as being “affordable” but I will say that there are a lot of Up-sells when it comes down to the final details, of which I think couples should be made more aware.

Great Experience!
Romance Travel Group provided a wonderful experience in planning our destination wedding from start to finish. Their communication was clear and timely and they were always responsive in answering our questions or offering guidance. They helped us, and our guests coordinate accommodations and transfers to and from the airport. Our guests reported that communication was excellent, as RTG provided all the info that was needed to make traveling as seamless as possible. Our guests were highly satisfied!
We were able to fully relax and enjoy our wedding, knowing that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding!
