We were so confident we made sure we paid in full our first day meeting her so we didn’t lose our chance of having such a professional photographer on our special day. Shelley is very accommodating/understanding, especially after us having to reschedule our entire wedding due to Covid. I am a person/bride that very easily gets stressed out- having Shelley as our photographer completely put me at ease. I was able to text her for advice when I was contemplating bridesmaid/groomsmen colors and knew she was always just a text or call away if I had any other concerns prior to our big day. On the day of our wedding- Shelley was so organized it felt like she was our wedding photographer AND planner. She’s GREAT with telling people where she needs them to go/stand/sit, in order to get the best results for your pictures with the best timing to stay on schedule. Shelley Vinson photography is absolutely amazing! She’s very responsive and easy to work with. She knows how to capture your big day the perfect way. My wedding photos along with my engagement photos and boudoir photo shoot was all done by Shelley. She made me feel comfortable and brought me out of my shell to get the best photos. Shelley and her husband did an amazing job on our wedding photos! She traveled to us, dealt with the cold and got the job done. There are not enough words to describe how absolutely amazing Vinson Wedding Photography is and how they captured our wedding day just perfectly. We first heard about Vinson Wedding Photography through a friend who highly recommended them so we sent an email and almost instantly got a response from Shelley. Soon after, we had a video call to meet each other and right after that meeting was over we said to each other “she is our wedding photographer.” Shelley makes it a point to get to know you on a personal level and her customer service is exceptional. We had many questions throughout our wedding planning process and Shelley was always right there to help and eager to answer any questions we had (even if they did not pertain to photography!) On our wedding day, Shelley and her husband went above and beyond their job description and helped our wedding run smoothly, while capturing more pictures than we could have ever imagined. From the minute I met Shelley at a bridal show, I knew that I needed her to be my wedding photographer. She was extremely bubbly and friendly, and her pictures were amazing. There is not one single picture of hers that looks posed or uncomfortable, and you can see the amount of effort that is put into each one. My husband hates having his picture taken, but we both laughed the entire way through our engagement and wedding shoots because of Shelley. She was more than just my photographer, she took care of everything that I needed on my wedding day that had anything to do with a crazy DJ to family drama. Somehow she knew exactly what I wanted in my pictures without me ever having to tell her. Her only fault is that I now have to buy a bigger place to live because ALL of my pictures are amazing and I have no where to put them all. I would 120% recommend her to anyone and everyone. She will be doing all of my maternity, newborn, and family photography for the rest of our lives, even if we have to travel, because we love her that much!
