When I first found Shauna & Jordon’s work, I absolutely fell in love with the soft, romantic and natural feel of their photography style. The airiness, brightness and soft-editing was exactly the look I was going for with my wedding photos. After many conversations with Shauna, who was always SO responsive and so genuinely kind, I knew this was the team I wanted to move forward with. I was lucky enough to be paired with their associate photographers Marina and Nicole – most of my conversations before the big day were with Shauna and Marina, and both were always very quick to help with my questions. You can tell how passionate they all are about what they do – beyond just photographing us, they guided us with poses (which I would’ve been so lost without), prepped us with timelines and grouping lists, and just all-in-all kept our day on-track. When we’d request for certain shots that we hadn’t planned for, they never hesitated to say, “let’s make it happen!” Oh, and let’s not forget the fact that they let us swap our “engagement shoot” that came with our package for Marina coming to photograph our rehearsal dinner. I’m so excited we’ll have photos from that night too, to hold on to. Our sneak peeks already took our breaths away and we can’t wait to see the rest of our gallery soon. My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Shauna & Jordon Photography. I am STILL talking about how amazing they were at our wedding. Shauna, Jordon, and Marina went completely above and beyond for us. You can tell that they all have a passion for what they do. Shauna helped me put my veil on and helped me into my dress. She was more than a photographer to me. She helped in SO many ways. She was a photographer plus a wedding coordinator plus a friend. I can't thank you enough for the time spent and for all your help. They also were SO organized from the beginning with a timeline and mapping out each photo. They are the reason our day was so perfect. I truly cannot recommend Shauna and Jordon enough. Not only are they incredible photographers, they are the most beautiful people inside and out. Their attention to detail and ability to put everybody at ease while taking photos was incredible. They instructed everyone on how to pose for each picture and had a list of all of our "must-have" groupings of people which made the process extremely efficient and helped us stay on schedule all day. I just had to share this amazing demonstration of Shauna and Jordon’s dedication to their clients. Back in 2017, I entered a social media contest for a free photo shoot. Much to my surprise, I won! An even bigger surprise came when I found out that my now-husband was conspiring with Shauna and Jordon to set up a secret proposal photo shoot. We have the most amazing photos from our engagement that I’ll cherish forever, all thanks to Shauna and Jordon.

Fast forward to 2020. My husband and I are expecting our first baby to arrive in the middle of a global pandemic! Not exactly what we had planed, but we are so grateful for our health, jobs, safety, family, and the precious little babe on the way. I’ve tried to stay very positive, but one thing that did bum me out was the fact that I never got the chance to take professional maternity photos before the COVID-19 outbreak. Anyone that knows me well knows that I have a slight obsession with documenting almost everything in picture form…so, the fact that I was not going to have a beautiful heirloom album of photos to document my first pregnancy was pretty crushing. My husband was amazing and insisted that we order a tripod on Amazon and take our own pictures. So, we did.

I posted some outtakes from our DIY maternity shoot on Instagram… and that’s when Shauna reached out. She messaged me offering genuine sympathy for our situation, and offered to professionally edit the photos we took! I was blown away by her generosity. She managed to take our dark/shaky tripod pictures and turn them into the light and airy photos I so hoped for all along. Shauna and Jordon truly go above and beyond for their couples. Once you become a part of the Cooney Couple family, that is how you will always be treated- like family. I am so grateful for this most thoughtful act of kindness. It’s a true testament to their mission of loving and serving their clients.

From our initial consultation call, Shauna & Jordon’s personalities just capture you in and you can honestly tell that they love what they do and equally love each of their couples as family. Shauna & Jordon were actually the first vendors we booked and coordinated the venue and it’s available dates around them and their availability because they were a must. You spend the majority of your wedding day with your wedding photographers so the fact that these two just felt like part of our wedding party made the day go by so smoothly. They are so organized and capture the moments of the day that will last a lifetime and more. We cannot recommend their services enough to anyone and look forward to working with them in the future for all of our life's milestones. From the moment we inquired about having Shauna and Jordon photograph our wedding, we knew we struck gold. It is a blessing that we found them because they are SO MUCH MORE than photographers. They will laugh with you, cry with you, calm all of your nerves and most importantly they even convince your husband that photos are FUN! We got married on New Years Eve and Shauna and Jordon captured every single moment. I can now relive my wedding forever! Photos were so easy and felt incredibly comfortable with them guiding the way (plus they handled rowdy groomsmen like champs)! When you think your paying for a photographer, trust me that Shauna and Jordon are so much more than that! They will put out fires, offer their expert planning advice, tie the groomsmen bow ties, drive you around in your big dress to different photo spots, carry a sweat towel, and so much more. Most importantly, they put your marriage as priority and truly get to know you as a couple. They are not vendors, they are friends. I promise you when you are budgeting, they are worth the price!

We used Shauna and Jordon for our engagement shoot, welcome party, and wedding photos and we could not be happier with the results. Beyond producing beautiful , high quality photos they are an absolute joy to work with. They were extremely flexible with us scheduling for our engagement photos. Everyone in our families loved having them around on our wedding day and I appreciated Shauna helping me out with stressful details on the day of. They are extremely attentive and have personalities that make them so much fun to work with even while they are giving you directions for posing. I highly recommend and we will certainly be using them again down the road!

Shauna and Jordon are truly amazing people. They love what they do and they aim to make their couples feel so special! My husband and I had already hired a photographer and done engagement photos, but came across Shauna and Jordon unexpectedly and realized we wanted to work with them! We reached out and instantly felt a connection. We did however start to feel guilty about changing our photographer so initially decided not to make the switch. After a little bit of time passed we realized we just needed to do what was best for us so I reach out to Shauna again to say YES we do want you as our photographer! Unfortunately they had booked our date LITERALLY the day before!! Needless to say we were heart broken. One day however Shauna and Jordon were doing one of their Cooney classrooms for other photographers and were looking for real couple models. We volunteered not really expecting to be picked since we weren’t technically one of their previous clients. They picked us though and we got such amazing photos!! It was such a unique and special opportunity. These photos are going to be cherished forever and we are now officially a Cooney Couple :) We will have no doubts when it comes to anniversary or maternity photos! My advice to you is to have no doubts with Shauna and Jordon. Do not second guess yourself! If your date is available, BOOK IT!!

Shauna and Jordon are absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only are they the most organized humans ever, but they will help you with any small detail of your wedding you may need (decor, helping with family, getting you into your dress). They are timely and get photos done so you can enjoy all the money you spent on the actual wedding! They are genuine people and you get your photos back so fast!!
