What a beautiful venue! The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. The grounds keeper is very professional as the staff at the PCC. Any outdoor or tented wedding would be perfect there. There so many great places to take pictures. Bathrooms located on site, even a lodge to sleep in and cook if needed. This place would be amazing for any party or graduation as well. Lots of space for lots of people. Thanks for providing us with a beautiful venue for our special day.

Shangri-La On the Green is located just outside Enumclaw on a 100-acre property on the Green River. We had our wedding and reception there and we couldn't have picked a better place. There aren't any hotel accommodations onsite but there is plenty of room for trailers and tents. The grounds are absolutely stunning and Jason keeps the property pristine. The waterfall running below the lodge makes for a wonderful backdrop for picture. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the property was. For weddings they require you to rent the property for 3 days but it's still a great deal when you compare it to other venues. I also like that you have total freedom in bringing in any vendor you want. I highly recommend Shangri-La On the Green for anyone looking for an outdoor venue.

Shangri La on the Green was literally the PERFECT venue. We are both from the PNW but currently live in CO, and we both knew we wanted to get married somewhere with the PNW forest feel. Shangri La on the Green was exactly what we wanted. It hit all our hopes for a venue perfectly- We couldn't have found anywhere better. Beautiful scenery - We got married in front of a literal waterfall- with a lovely wild forest feel, but balanced perfectly with well groomed, landscaped, and maintained areas. Having the option for people to camp was perfect for us, as well as our friends and family, and the lodge was perfect for setting up our buffet and bar in. Dance floor was the perfect size for our 100 person guest list, with easy ways to hang lights and decor. Bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of them- much better than your typical camping bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice to have access to firewood for a fire pit. Chair rentals on site were much more affordable than from a typical rental company, and more than enough tables provided, and more than enough electrical outlets even though it was outdoors. The only slight downside was the lack of phone service, which made it hard when people had a hard time finding it (I didn't personally think it was hard to find), but I honestly loved being able to disconnect from my phone for the weekend. Only other thing that we had to figure out with this venue was getting ready areas- We used canopies and tapestries to "build" our getting ready rooms, and it worked great!
The caretakers Rachelle and her husband Jason were extremely helpful and friendly, and patient with all my texts full of questions leading up to the wedding. We hadn't seen the venue before our wedding, since we're out of state, and it honestly lived up to everything we hoped it would be and more!
