My name is Juliana (Julz) Zenisek, owner of Serene Moon Planning & Events, and I would love to work with you! I started Serene Moon Planning in early 2023 as I was preparing for some pretty big life changes (including moving several states away from where I grew up, and my husband returning home from deployment). As chaotic and stressful as event planning can be (especially weddings), I found through planning several family members and friends large events (including weddings, and my own wedding) that I really thrive in that chaos. As Serene Moon grows, I am finding it really fulfilling to take the stress off the plates of my couples so that they can enjoy their wedding day (nearly) stress-free.

My goal is to make your wedding as less stressful as possible by making you feel supported in your wedding planning journey, because really, your wedding is about celebrating you and your love! Researching, planning, designing, and getting to meet and work with new people are the things I enjoy the most about my business. It's like putting together a puzzle as to what works and what doesn't. I will be available to you anytime before and after the wedding to to answer questions, help you design, and help with all of the other ins and outs to making your day special.
