Angie was a true life saver throughout our wedding planning process. Both my husband and I are attorneys, with little to no time for personal matters---let alone planning a wedding. We found Angie through several online forums raving about her experience and expertise and we are SO GRATEFUL that we hired her. Angie's patience, vision, tenacity, and organization helped us navigate the entire planning process from start to finish. She worked with us and our crazy work schedules as we booked vendors, ironed out details, and handled every little fire drill that came our way. What I appreciated most was her availability: whether it be by text, call, or email, Angie was incredibly responsive and able to jump in to help with any questions or concerns that I had. Come the wedding day, we didn't need to worry about a thing. Her and her team made sure that our families could enjoy without having to coordinate, plan, or remediate any decisions. She truly allowed us to take the day in and enjoy, which was absolutely invaluable. I would recommend Angie to anyone who is planning their special day (or any other event). Angie and her team were incredible. I love my husband, but I kind of want to get married again just so I can do it all over - that's how fun Angie is. She was incredible throughout the whole process, answering every little question I had and guiding us through it all seamlessly. She provided helpful information without it feeling like she was steering us in any direction. Every decision was our own, but they were easy to make. Her network of vendors is incredible, and her knowledge of everything our venue needed was spot on. As an extremely type A person, I've never felt more relaxed planning something than I did for our wedding. And it really was the best night of our lives! Even as I got cocktail sauce spilled on my dress during cocktail hour, I blissfully laughed with friends as the team swooped in to fix it - a miracle. Angie was a phenomenal resource for us as we planned our August 2024 wedding at the University of Notre Dame. By selecting the partial planning package, we thought our experience would be more hands off, however we were delightfully mistaken. Angie's attention to us (again, as a 'partial planning' client) was something we will always cherish. The time she takes, the respect those in the market have for her, and the way she allows what seems big issues to unphase her, was something we needed at times with coordinating several vendors at a time. Angie also made so many meaningful arrangements to ensure our parents had what they needed on the wedding day as well.
Our favorite quality of working with Angie, hands down, was her constant reassurance and dedication to us. We are thrilled with the service we received from Bell Behind the Ball through Angie, Alexandra, and Taylor and would recommend to any one looking for someone who knows exactly what they're doing and has fun doing it.

Angie and her team were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help us plan our dream wedding. She was extremely responsive, attentive, and made herself available to attend vendor meetings with us. It is particularly helpful that she has a good relationship with many of the vendors in the area, as she was able to communicate directly with them. Her team was particularly helpful in the few months leading up to our wedding and on the wedding day - everything ran so smoothly and on time. She gave us great advice for any questions we had. Knowing it was a lot of money to add to our budget, my (now) wife and I went back and forth on spending the money for a wedding planner. We ended up meeting with Angie, and we bit the bullet and began working with her for our wedding.

Due to the natural hiccups in the wedding planning road, we were IMMEDIATELY thankful we had her in our corner throughout the planning process and day-of our wedding.

With vendors, Angie asked the questions we didn't think would be necessary. She made the calls so we didn't have to, and she stayed on top of our vendors and held them accountable.

She was very responsive to all of my ideas and went above her duties to assist with decor and transforming the venue into our luxury wedding. Just a note to say how much Angie and her team assisted us with an incredible wedding at Notre Dame in June. With all the changes due to Covid her help was critical.
