With our event specialists planning your event, our warehouse staff preparing your order, and our drivers and crews executing set up and tear down, we at Burns Special Events pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service from beginning to end.
Rentals: We have a full inventory of any items that you may need for your wedding or event. We can also set-up any items that you have rented! If you don’t see what you are looking for, we can also do special orders and create custom décor pieces to make your event unique to you!

Event Design: Need inspiration for designing your event? We have Event Specialists who annually attend seminars and training around the country to stay on top of the latest trends in the event industry. They will help you create a master plan in our interactive design studio, where you can experiment with different looks and figure out your event vision. This service is complimentary with rental reservations!
Ceiling Treatments (Swag): Ceiling swags are long pieces of fabric draped from the ceiling. A swag adds instant mood and atmosphere to any room or tent! The fabric closes in a large room, making it feel more intimate and romantic, so this technique is ideal for special occasions like weddings, formal dances, birthday parties and anniversaries. Drape one or many swags from the ceiling to create the perfect setting for your event!
Event Planning & Coordinating: Let us help you bring your vision to life by planning, organizing and overseeing all aspects of the event! Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions, Anniversaries, Graduations, Birthdays, Fundraisers, Corporate Family Days, no event is too big or too small. We will ensure that the preparation, as well as the execution, of the event goes smoothly and that you as well as your guests have a memorable and fun experience!
Floral: We can create your centerpieces in floral and non-floral options, boutonnieres, bouquets and ceremony décor. Work 1-on-1 with a Floral Specialist to create arrangements that will accent your event perfectly!
Day of Coordinating: We would meet with you the month before the wedding and discuss timelines, handle all vendor communication, and be available on-site the day of the wedding to ease your mind make sure everything is set up and runs smoothly without you having to worry about it!
Conventions/Public Events: Have a large event with a few or hundreds of vendors? Our experienced event staff can plan the layout and set-up the entire event with tables, chairs, tents, and individual booths!
We can do as much or as little as you need! We have some clients who choose to use us for everything, some only use us for event set-up/tear down, and some that only need to rent tables and chairs.

A special place
We rented our head tables and chairs and also our guest tables from Burns. The head tables were farmhouse style along with the chairs. It was exactly what we were looking for and very reasonable prices. They provide alot of other services as well. I planned and coordinated my wedding myself. I had a vision and Molly helped me create it! She was super responsive and helped with all of my additions and subtractions. They delivered on time and I didn't have a single issue with any of the dinnerware, chairs, or linens I ordered.
