User2324628 2+ years agoAAY was great! They were very flexible in allowing us to change our final order up until the last minute. They delivered on time and even though there were some issues with some of the items we rented they went above and beyond to try to make sure that they took care of the problems as quickly as possible. Their crew was very professional when it came to delivery, set up, and tear down. They left us clear instructions for how to manage our sound equipment and some of the other more complicated items we had rented. Something worth keeping in mind is that if you are using this company on a big wedding weekend, they may have to deliver on Thursday or Friday and pick up Monday or Tuesday. This worked out great for us as we got good use out of our rental items the days before and after our wedding. They even went so far as to credit us for some of the items that we were unable to use due to rain. Over all we were extremely happy with their services.
