  Highly recommend!!

  Angie and her team were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help us plan our dream wedding. She was extremely responsive, attentive, and made herself available to attend vendor meetings with us. It is particularly helpful that she has a good relationship with many of the vendors in the area, as she was able to communicate directly with them. Her team was particularly helpful in the few months leading up to our wedding and on the wedding day - everything ran so smoothly and on time. She gave us great advice for any questions we had. I can't say enough positive things! I highly recommend hiring her as your planner!!

  Chicago Wedding

  Knowing it was a lot of money to add to our budget, my (now) wife and I went back and forth on spending the money for a wedding planner. We ended up meeting with Angie, and we bit the bullet and began working with her for our wedding.
  
  Due to the natural hiccups in the wedding planning road, we were IMMEDIATELY thankful we had her in our corner throughout the planning process and day-of our wedding.
  
  With vendors, Angie asked the questions we didn't think would be necessary. She made the calls so we didn't have to, and she stayed on top of our vendors and held them accountable.
  
  Most importantly, She allowed Jordan and I to relax and enjoy each other and the entire planning process...a long with our Wedding Day. For anyone going back and forth, We couldn't recommend Angie and Alex enough.

  Amazing to work with

  I would highly recommend Angie and her team. They were absolutely amazing and flawless for my daughters wedding. I had very high expectations as I am in the events industry. She was very responsive to all of my ideas and went above her duties to assist with decor and transforming the venue into our luxury wedding. She was always calm and supportive while keeping us on schedule but allowing special needs to be met.

  I would highly recommend Angie and her team. They were absolutely amazing and flawless for my daughters wedding. I had very high expectations as I am in the events industry. She was very responsive to all of my ideas and went above her duties to assist with decor and transforming the venue into our luxury wedding.   SO amazing!

  I cannot recommend Angie enough for any and all of your wedding planning needs! She was so attentive to detail and made communicating with other vendors an absolute breeze. Any plans or ideas you mentioned you might want in passing, she would get done immediately! Not only did she take the stress away from planning, but Angie and her team made my wedding day absolutely seamless. They were there to direct and guide vendors, guests, and my wedding party so that everything was in order and I did not have to worry about a thing. Angie's bubbly personality and determination to make your day perfect is everything you could ask for in a wedding planner and more!

  Our daughter's wedding - May 2022 Amazing day!

  Having 3 daughters and 3 wedding planners in the past, I can say Angie is among the best! There is nothing better than working with someone who loves what she does. Angie made us feel like we were her only clients. Her recommendations for vendors were very helpful. A team of very talented, detail orientated professionals. All were amazing to work with! To see the fruit of the months of planning to become a reality was really beautiful. Having Angie guiding us through those months was so helpful. We are so grateful for her patience, guidance and calm demeanor throughout the planning and the day of our daughter's wedding.

  Angie was the best!

  I am a full-time working person and I didn't have time to plan my wedding. Angie stepped in and took it all over and helped me plan the most wonderful wedding I could have every imagined. She is quite the professional and I am so thankful for her. I highly recommend Angie and her team to help you plan this very important day.

  Best Decision Ever!

  Where do I even begin? Our daughter’s wedding was just so lovely, despite the crazy roads we went down to get to it! Angie and Belle Behind the Ball helped us navigate it all, and for that my husband and I will be forever grateful. Hiring Angie was the best first step we took to plan our daughter’s wedding. Let's forget the pandemic for just a second...even if things went exactly as we originally planned, working with Belle Behind the Ball would still be our first best decision. Angie’s experience, vendor partners, and mostly her calm demeanor and positive attitude made it all fun. Angie gave us many options and price points for hiring vendors - and held our hands throughout the process. Her laughter is contagious, which came in very handy as things started to go nuts. I so appreciated Angie’s outreach when the shutdown started happening - her honesty, and her commitment to helping us sort through our options meant so much to me. Angie took so many of my panicky calls, even when they came at her in rapid succession :). She is a great listener and always had options for us. I also want to acknowledge how incredible this now seems to me, as Angie too, was reeling with a huge impact to her business. Belle Behind the Ball held us up, and that meant the world to us, as we so wanted to give our daughter and her husband the best day ever. And it happened! While I always understood the role Belle Behind the Ball played in all of the planning and re-navigating (their Aisle Planner tool was so helpful), I do want to say that Angie and Becca were AMAZING the day of! Just their presence was a huge comfort – this team in action is something else. We wanted for nothing - everything we needed, they anticipated. And they did it all with a joy and enthusiasm that told us all that this was truly a special day. I highly recommend Belle Behind the Ball!

  Daughters wedding in June 2021

  Just a note to say how much Angie and her team assisted us with an incredible wedding at Notre Dame in June. With all the changes due to Covid her help was critical. Her relationships with vendors was essential. Since we live in California we needed a presence in South Bend and Angie made it all work. Thanks again Angie.

It would not have been what it was without your help, especially during the challenging time of August 2020 with Covid restrictions. Angie kept everything on track and took the work off us so that we could really be present for our daughter’s special day. I think of all the small details that I would have been responsible for that she and her assistant took care of. She was easy to work with and coordinated communication with all the vendors. Highly recommend!

  One of the first decisions we made a year before our daughter got married was to hire Angie. And it was the best decision we made! The team of vendors that Angie pulled together was fantastic and the way they all worked together was a marvel. Through the planning process, Angie made all of us (the bride, the groom, the parents) feel listened to and understood and we ended up with a wedding that was just what all of us wanted (even though we didn't all see eye to eye at the beginning!). The pandemic changed our plans greatly and Angie worked closely with us (by Zoom!) to adjust schedules and numbers and plans. The day of the wedding went so smoothly; Angie had us well prepared for what would happen and she handled the inevitable curve balls that came up. We had a beautiful day celebrating our daughter and her husband, and spending time with our family and friends. We highly recommend Angie!

  I just got married in October and I am BEYOND grateful that Angie and her team were a part of it. When I started planning my wedding I knew I NEEDED someone to help me with all the details, especially the day of.
  
  The more I talk to people, the more this name kept being brought up. Angie, you need Angie, Angie Anderson with Belle behind the Ball is who you need on your big day. Do not trust anyone but Angie. Thank you to everyone who recommended her because I don’t know what I would have done without her.
  
  Angie has this cool, don’t worry I will take care of it attitude and that is exactly what you need during this stressful process. She works with so many different vendors, knows everyone and can get you exactly what you want.
  
  We had to change our venue MONTHS before the big day. With Angie, it wasn’t a problem. She had a backup list ready to go in case something like this happened. We had to set up our own tables. With Angie, it wasn’t a problem. Her team brought my dreams to life. Everything was beyond perfect. My family is divorced and I knew there could be drama when the two families came together. I told Angie in advance and she was there, putting out fires, having my back, making sure MY DAY was exactly that, stress free and perfect.
  
  I also can’t say enough about her assistants. They treated me like a princess. They were holding my flowers, train, anything I needed while making sure I was hydrated, laughing, every hair was in place, make up was flawless, the list goes on.
  
  Long story short, if you want a stress free wedding, someone constantly in your corner, someone who really cares about your and bringing your dreams to life, Angie Anderson is your gal. She is worth every penny and I adore her so much! THANKS ANGIE!!!

  Amazing team

  Belle Behind the Ball is AWESOME! Angie and her team made sure my wedding went smoothly. I didn't feel well for part of my wedding so Angie changed the schedule and no one even knew, our night went on and I did not stress at all because Angie and her team made sure all of the other vendors knew about the schedule change. Having a bridal assistant was also very helpful throughout the day/night. I cannot express how CRUCIAL having a coordinator is! If you are questioning if a coordinator is necessary let me tell you it 100% is worth it!

  Belle Behind the Ball is AWESOME! Angie and her team made sure my wedding went smoothly.   Best Day Ever!

  Angie truly made our wedding a dream come true! Even with my anxiety and indecisiveness at times, she managed to pull together a day straight out of a fairytale, and kept me sane the whole time. We were so lucky to have her for our special day!

Angie is not only one of the kindest people we have ever met, but she truly is passionate about wedding planning. Angie was my right-hand gal throughout the entire month leading up to our wedding. Any question I had throughout the entire wedding planning process was answered immediately, and she was available to chat with me at all times during the day! She has incredible taste, and was able to help me make crucial wedding decisions with total ease. She completely made wedding planning less stressful for me as an anxious bride. Besides helping us plan our dream wedding, Angie also planned the honeymoon of our dreams! We had always wanted to go to Tahiti, and completely blew it out of the water! She planned us the most magical honeymoon that we are still pinching ourselves over. My husband and I look back on our wedding and honeymoon, and are just so thankful we met and hired Angie.   We hired Angie for my daughter’s wedding and it was the best decision we made! She helped us during the planning process, with vendors, and special touches that made my daughter’s wedding absolutely beautiful! There are many reasons to hire Angie and I feel two of the best reasons are for the day of and for the mother of the bride during planning! I wanted everything to be perfect the day of the wedding and stress free for my daughter (and me!). It was so nice to be able to enjoy the whole day and not worry about one thing. Angie and Kathryn took care of it all and we didn’t have to worry about any details. Angie did a fantastic job and my daughter’s wedding was absolutely perfect! We can not thank her enough for everything and I know when the next daughter’s wedding comes we will be calling Angie again!

I wanted everything to be perfect the day of the wedding and stress free for my daughter (and me!). It was so nice to be able to enjoy the whole day and not worry about one thing. Angie and Kathryn took care of it all and we didn’t have to worry about any details. Angie did a fantastic job and my daughter’s wedding was absolutely perfect! We can not thank her enough for everything and I know when the next daughter’s wedding comes we will be calling Angie again!

  I recently was the mother of the bride at a wedding at Notre Dame in South Bend. If you want someone who knows the vendors and venues, guides you through boutonnières and bouquets, coordinates timelines and toasts, then Angie needs to be on your team. She helped us actually figure out what we wanted and that in itself was no easy task! And then she executed my daughter and son in law's special day with expertise and calm. We were all long distance and she met with us in person several times and then kept us updated with emails and phone calls. She knows all the vendors and can advise on how to get the most for your money. She had a great connection for the printing... and everything else your heart desires. Angie or her assistant was with us the entire day of the wedding always checking in with us and taking care of multiple details we never were bothered with. As one other MOB who had worked with Angie advised me, Angie is a gift you give to yourself so that you and your family can have a well planned, well executed event that you can fully enjoy.

Her vendor recommendations were spot on. We only hired one vendor ourselves, our photographer who was from Chicago.   if I've said it once I've said it a thousand times, Angie is amazing. We seriously could not have pulled anything off like the wedding we had without her. It was everything we could have ever imagined and more. Down to every little detail, everything was exactly what I imagined. Not once did I ever wish the process to be over, which was a total blessing! The last year of planning and appointments was a total blast and the end result was beyond words. I was so emotional the Sunday afterward just because I was simply so overwhelmed by the love, support, and perfection of the day/event/weekend. It really is an amazing feeling to be surrounded by your closest family and friends all in support of you. And the fact that we could focus on JUST that and not have to worry about anything else is incredible. All of the vendors were the best of the best and I would pick every single one again in a heartbeat. From the flowers, to the cake, to the linens, to the DJ, hair, makeup... the list goes on and on. I can't say it enough, PERFECTION. The comments we have received from friends and family is proof that we are not just biased. Many have told us it was honestly the best wedding they have ever been to!....

Which brings me to the honeymoon... We had a fantastic time!!!! it was the perfect way to celebrate our marriage. The weather was amazing, the resort was great, room and location was awesome. And once again didn’t have to worry about a thing because everything was taken care of Angie is an absolute gem and anyone would be privileged to have her as their wedding planner!!

She always placed our interests first and ensured we were getting EXACTLY what we wanted. The day itself went swimmingly and Angie was absolutely the reason we enjoyed our dream wedding. If that wasn't enough, she planned our entire honeymoon to two Hawaiin Islands. We haven't stopped talking about that trip and itinerary since returning. It was such a treat to again have all the things planned that we wanted to do, without having to worry about a single logistical detail. Angie Anderson went above and beyond our expectations and I cannot refer her any more strongly.

  My husband and I hired Angie for our day-of coordinator for our October wedding, and we are so very pleased! She was sweet, fun, and professional. There were a few things that I was freaking out about at the reception, but Angie totally took care of the situation and my nerves! My mind was at ease (at least as much as it could be) knowing she was there for me. She came prepared with a stock of bridal needs, and even went out and bought eyelash glue when my maid of honor's eyelashes were falling off, magically doing so without missing a beat! I am very happy with her services, and will recommend her to everyone! Thanks Angie! :-D
