Great experience working with Secret Booth! They are very flexible with unprecedented changes and are responsive!

We booked Secret Booth for our wedding in May 2021. Our venue let us know it would not be able to happen. I called Secret Booth and without hesitation they refunded my investment. They were so professional and kind and made a nightmare situation not so bad. I would absolutely book again if we change our plans!

They came in to setup early and everyone had a fabulous time!! The photos were send to us shortly after, so we were able to forward it to the guests. Thank you Lana and Mike for being part of our special day!

Lana and the Secret Booth team were absolutely amazing at our October 2019 wedding. We had the 3-hour package with a guestbook. Even before the actual day, she was very responsive by e-mail and flexible on our requests (custom logo). During the event, she showed up with her team early to set up. We were so surprised about how modern their equipment was: we could do a regular print (which are unlimited, and they printed extras for us!), a gif, or boomerang. The best part: one of the four pictures we took on a strip was too dark, and we could just retake that one picture! Our guests said the photobooth was so fun, and I could see Lana and her team hyping up our guests and encouraging them to sign our very beautiful guestbook. Not only was their pricing affordable with a great choice of backgrounds, but their customer service was astounding. They uploaded the pictures just a few days after. I highly recommend Secret Booth!

They did an amazing job! The set up looked so professional, very organized and my guests loved the photo booth! The guy running the booth was super enthusiastic and was encouraging my guests to take pictures. Great customer service!!!
