My name is Shannon Frederick and I am a second generation cake artist. I work from a private kitchen and am available by appointment only. When I'm not whipping up sugar confections, I'm running a not-for-profit taxi shuttle service for my children. When the stars align, I even get to enjoy a date night with my husband. :)
