My husband is allergic to peanuts, chocolate, and basically anything delicious - but LOVES the vanilla fudge from Scotch Bonnet. For our wedding, we contacted Peter from Scotch Bonnet to see if he could help us create a cake for my husband as his "grooms cake" for our wedding. We ended up ordering a two-tier vanilla-fudge "cake", and Peter was more than helpful all along the way. He was very responsive throughout the process, helped to accommodate with all of our needs and requests, and when we arrived to Hatteras, we stopped in a day early to pick up the fudge and he took the time to show us, box it up, and had everything ready to go. I know this isn't typically a wedding-stop, but I would definitely consider it as an option for your big day. I know my husband and all of our guests were extremely happy with the fudge, as well as with the little break from tradition!
