My husband and I both grew up in Gloucester & I'd been sailing on the Lannon for years, as my cousin grew up part of the crew and an alternate captain. We knew we wanted to include them in our wedding celebrations. Captain Heath & crew went above and beyond to make our day & sail special. We got married in mid-October near the end of the sailing season & they didn't hesitate to keep the boat open for us. Not only did they help day of with set up & expert sailing (our wedding day was smack in the middle of two Nor'easter storms!) but they were communicative & incredibly reasonable with pricing. Getting married aboard the Schooner Thomas E. Lannon was truly the wedding of our dreams. The Gloucester Harbor setting was breathtaking — the sea breeze, the sunset, and the beauty of the boat created an atmosphere that was both romantic and unforgettable.
