The whole team was amazing. They recommended dresses based on what I was describing and ultimately went with what they recommended. They were patient and really honest!

Adrienne was such a pleasure to work with during the process of picking out my wedding dress. She was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable when trying on different dress styles. It was such a relaxed environment at the store. I was able to pick out all of the dresses I tried on instead of someone only bringing me out a few different options. Adrienne was also so great during COVID when my wedding was postponed multiple times. She was so accommodating about scheduling me for my alterations appointments and if I needed to change any dates or times. I would highly recommend Say I Do to any bride looking for a wedding dress.

Adrienne and the staff at Say I Do Bridal are the best in the business. With everything related to our wedding, I was most nervous about finding a dress. My big boobs and even bigger hips, I was so nervous that I wouldn't find anything that would make me feel beautiful. I walked into Say I Do and Adrienne made me feel immediately at home. Her and her staff were patient and listened to exactly what I wanted - didn't try to push me in another direction (unlike some other stores I'd been to). We tried on dress after dress and I didn't see any exasperation on their faces at all. Once I found my dress, Adrienne was always there to answer questions and calm any concerns I had. Also, their tailor is AMAZING! The way she made that dress fit on me, it was like it was made for me. Couldn't be happier that I chose to work with them - I even went straight back there to have my dress preserved after my wedding. You will not find a better place to go and better staff to work with than Adrienne - you will not be sorry!!

I did not purchase my wedding gown from Say I Do, but I did purchase my junior bridesmaids and bridesmaids dresses from there. The owner, Adrienne is so so so nice and friendly and genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. When I couldn’t find the original gown I wanted for my girls, she took her time to help me find another one that came close to what I wanted. She was also on top of tracking my gowns since I ordered them a little too close to my wedding date. My girls and I were very pleased with our experience there and I would totally recommend her to friends who may be getting married in the future!

Adrienne did an amazing job choosing dresses for us. She picked one that made my family’s jaw drop and made me try l e verythkng even if it didn’t look great on the hanger. She also never put pressure on me to buy! Great place highly reccommend!

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! They made the entire process, from picking a gown to getting it preserved, super easy! Everyone is SO friendly and helpful. They are honest with you and make sure you find the perfect gown. I LOVE them and Adrienne (owner). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gown. I highly recommend Say I Do. Adrienne and her staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The gowns were all reasonably priced, and there was a wide variety of styles. Adrienne made the entire process easy and fun!

At the beginning of my wedding dress shopping, I was on the hunt for a particular designer and style of dress. I started calling places closest to my home that carried that designer, asking if they had that gown. Each time I called a store, giving the style number, a woman would simply say, "Nope, we don't have that dress here. Sorry." And hung up on me. I called 3-4 stores, further and further away each time from me with the same result. I then tried Say I Do Bridal and got Adrienne on the phone. She started telling me all about the gown and the color conflicts she has had ordering it and said she would try to order a sample gown to be shipped for me to try it on. I was in shock at how helpful and kind she was. She did call me back the very next day saying that she wouldn't be able to get a sample gown from the designer for me. So, she started telling me where I should go to find it and try it on. I told her that I would be going to try it on where she had recommended to go, but I would be coming back and ordering it from her because I wanted to do business with her. So, after trying on gowns where she had recommended I go, I did go back to her store and ordered my gown I had chosen. From then on out, as I had expected, it was a pleasure going to fittings with her staff. They were all so nice and knowledgeable, they altered my gown beautifully (and I sew, so I am picky!), she had a matching veil, and even showed my mom and I a great way to transport the gown in a fitted sheet. The dress I chose was a heavy fabric that could easily wrinkle with a cathedral train. That dress made it all the way to Lake George without a crease. Everyone could not believe how beautiful it was, and I have Adrienne and her team to thank for that. I would tell any bride to go to her store because you could not ask for someone more helpful, hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional than her. You are in good hands here. Thank you for everything from beginning to end.

This by far was my favorite bridal shop. The women are so friendly, helpful, and fun! I loved working with each and every person. Unfortunately I found my gown somewhere else and they did not carry the designer or I would have ordered from here. Since I couldn't order my gown from here, I made sure to order my bridesmaids gowns here. The experience was easy, smooth, and fun. The dresses came in with plenty of time and the alterations went smoothly for all my girls. Very pleasant experience throughout the process! Definitely highly recommend checking out Say I Do!
