Wedding Dress

Adrienne was such a pleasure to work with during the process of picking out my wedding dress. She was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable when trying on different dress styles. It was such a relaxed environment at the store. I was able to pick out all of the dresses I tried on instead of someone only bringing me out a few different options. Adrienne was also so great during COVID when my wedding was postponed multiple times. She was so accommodating about scheduling me for my alterations appointments and if I needed to change any dates or times. I would highly recommend Say I Do to any bride looking for a wedding dress.

I would recommend Adrienne over and over again

Adrienne was the biggest help finding my dress. She has gone above and beyond to help me in anyway she can. Even in these COVID times she is looking to help me and any other bride. I highly recommend her shop to anyone looking for a dress.

the best service ever

Adrienne and the staff at Say I Do Bridal are the best in the business. With everything related to our wedding, I was most nervous about finding a dress. My big boobs and even bigger hips, I was so nervous that I wouldn't find anything that would make me feel beautiful. I walked into Say I Do and Adrienne made me feel immediately at home. Her and her staff were patient and listened to exactly what I wanted - didn't try to push me in another direction (unlike some other stores I'd been to). We tried on dress after dress and I didn't see any exasperation on their faces at all. Once I found my dress, Adrienne was always there to answer questions and calm any concerns I had. Also, their tailor is AMAZING! The way she made that dress fit on me, it was like it was made for me. Couldn't be happier that I chose to work with them - I even went straight back there to have my dress preserved after my wedding. You will not find a better place to go and better staff to work with than Adrienne - you will not be sorry!!

Friendly and Professional

I did not purchase my wedding gown from Say I Do, but I did purchase my junior bridesmaids and bridesmaids dresses from there. The owner, Adrienne is so so so nice and friendly and genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. When I couldn’t find the original gown I wanted for my girls, she took her time to help me find another one that came close to what I wanted. She was also on top of tracking my gowns since I ordered them a little too close to my wedding date. My girls and I were very pleased with our experience there and I would totally recommend her to friends who may be getting married in the future!

Great place!

Adrienne did an amazing job choosing dresses for us. She picked one that made my family’s jaw drop and made me try l e verythkng even if it didn’t look great on the hanger. She also never put pressure on me to buy! Great place highly reccommend!

Amazing!

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! They made the entire process, from picking a gown to getting it preserved, super easy! Everyone is SO friendly and helpful. They are honest with you and make sure you find the perfect gown. I LOVE them and Adrienne (owner). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gown. They have a HUGE selection of Stella York and various styles of dresses to choose from.

I highly recommend Say I Do. Adrienne and her staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The gowns were all reasonably priced, and there was a wide variety of styles. Adrienne made the entire process easy and fun!

At the beginning of my wedding dress shopping, I was on the hunt for a particular designer and style of dress. I started calling places closest to my home that carried that designer, asking if they had that gown. Each time I called a store, giving the style number, a woman would simply say, "Nope, we don't have that dress here. Sorry." And hung up on me. I called 3-4 stores, further and further away each time from me with the same result. I then tried Say I Do Bridal and got Adrienne on the phone. She started telling me all about the gown and the color conflicts she has had ordering it and said she would try to order a sample gown to be shipped for me to try it on. I was in shock at how helpful and kind she was. She did call me back the very next day saying that she wouldn't be able to get a sample gown from the designer for me. So, she started telling me where I should go to find it and try it on. I told her that I would be going to try it on where she had recommended to go, but I would be coming back and ordering it from her because I wanted to do business with her. So, after trying on gowns where she had recommended I go, I did go back to her store and ordered my gown I had chosen. From then on out, as I had expected, it was a pleasure going to fittings with her staff. They were all so nice and knowledgeable, they altered my gown beautifully (and I sew, so I am picky!), she had a matching veil, and even showed my mom and I a great way to transport the gown in a fitted sheet. The dress I chose was a heavy fabric that could easily wrinkle with a cathedral train. That dress made it all the way to Lake George without a crease. Everyone could not believe how beautiful it was, and I have Adrienne and her team to thank for that. I would tell any bride to go to her store because you could not ask for someone more helpful, hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional than her. You are in good hands here. Thank you for everything from beginning to end.

This by far was my favorite bridal shop. The women are so friendly, helpful, and fun! I loved working with each and every person. Unfortunately I found my gown somewhere else and they did not carry the designer or I would have ordered from here. Since I couldn't order my gown from here, I made sure to order my bridesmaids gowns here. The experience was easy, smooth, and fun. The dresses came in with plenty of time and the alterations went smoothly for all my girls. Very pleasant experience throughout the process! Definitely highly recommend checking out Say I Do!

A friend of my daughters bought her wedding dress, Bridal party & mother of the bride dress here and they were all perfect. We did the same and everything was absolutely perfect!! Adrienne, her seamstress & staff were so nice, they made us feel like family. Not once were we rushed while we were there. Every dress looked beautiful!!!

I went with my mom to Say I Do Bridals to look for her Mother of the Bride gown. We went to 4 other places to look before Say I Do and my mom was on the fence about everything. It wasn't until Say I Do that she finally felt happy and comfortable with the selection of dresses to choose from. To top it off, the staff was so welcoming and friendly! They were patient and honest and you can tell that they truly want you to find the perfect dress. We wish we went there sooner! Highly recommended!

I love this store - such great service and everyone who works there is so great and accommodating! I got a bridesmaid dress from this store a few years ago and decided to come back for my own wedding dress because I loved the experience. Adrienne is so sweet and helpful and always excited to see you! She even invites you to stop in any time to "visit" your dress. It was over an hour from my house but was so worth it! My dress and veil were absolutely gorgeous. The seamstress did an amazing job on alterations, including sewing on an extra appliqué. They make sure you are completely satisfied.

After going to two other boutiques that are super popular in the area and being very disappointed in both. I ended up at Say I Do where Adrienne helped me find my wedding dress. Being in the business for a long time she knew what kind of dress to put me in to highlight all the right things for me. After being discouraged and being put in dresses that were more than i wanted to spend at other boutiques, I was relived to have found Adrienne who knew what dresses to pull to make me look and feel fabulous. Would highly recommend Say I Do!

Adrienne at Say I Do was incredible!! She was so willing to make sure everything from the dress to the alterations to the shoes to the bridesmaids dresses were exactly what I wanted. She was always available and willing to let me stop in just to check on my dress and / or bridesmaids dresses. I was always greeted with a huge smile and hug and always felt like my dress was a priority for Adrienne. She was so great when I was trying on dresses -- her staff helped pick out dresses based on the style I provided (Adrienne even picked out the dress I purchased!). I would recommend this store to anyone who was looking for a store with a wide variety of dresses and a very friendly staff!! Thanks for everything Adrienne!

OMG!!! They were so accommodating. I found a dress from a designer they did not carry anymore. Adrienne made a call and tried to see if they would let her order the dress anyway and she got the dress for me cheaper than I would have paid if I got it elsewhere. Every dress fitting she made sure everything worked out perfectly. I would recommend to anyone. I absolutely loved me dress and felt like a queen in it!

I highly recommend Say I Do Bridal! Adrienne and her team (I worked with Judy and Won(spelling?) are amazing! From the minute I stepped in there, they took care of me. Judy helped to pick a lot of the dresses for me after I told her what I was looking for (there was lots of trial and error) but we found the perfect dress! This was the first place I went to try on dresses and it turned out that the last dress I turned on that day was the winner. Won is the best seamstress ever! She really is a true asset to Say I Do bridal salon. She was able to help this dress fit like a glove on my body. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is currently in the process of looking for a dress. The customer service is exceptional!

Adrianne and her team are an extreme talented and lovely group of women. They made ever aspect of this stressful time fun and enjoyable. You can tell Adrianne really loves what she does, you are always welcomed with a hug and a smile. There was never any pressure and the seamstress is incredible! She is just amazing at what she does. My Sophia Tolli dress was everything I dreamed of and so much more. Gonna miss going to visit.

Where do I start? I called Say "I Do" Bridal after a failed attempt of trying to find the one dress that I had my eyes on for months. Adrienne picked up the phone and instantly knew which dress I was talking about. She must have heard the excitement in my voice when I finally tracked it down because the next thing I knew she was waiting 30 minutes after closing time just so that I could try it on! Adrienne was so helpful, not only to myself but to my entire entourage! We formed an amazing bond after that day!

Adrienne worked her magic on my entire family! She made sure that EVERY single one of us was happy and comfortable in our dresses. Most people would think of going dress shopping as a chore but my family and I saw it as an opportunity to see a friend. We always spent way more time in their than anyone ever needed to and that was all because of Adrienne!

She has an amazing seamstress on sight that ensured we were always satisfied with how we looked and felt!

Adrienne genuinely cares for her customers and wants to see the best for her "girls" after they leave. I will never forget the day I picked up my dress and had to say goodbye. There were tears and lots of praise and well wishes...on both ends!

My bridesmaids wore a a gorgeous mulberry Sorella Vita Maid Your Way gown. With 8 bridesmaids I was completely overwhelmed trying to find a gown that would flatter each woman. Adrienne, the owner, was very patient and suggested the Sorella Vita gown which was a PERFECT selection. All of the ladies were gorgeous. In fact one bridesmaid is planning to wear the gown again to a party. THANK YOU "Say I Do"!

I would like to start out by saying I found this bridal shop on wedding wire a year back when looking for a place that was down to earth and accommodating. I was looking for a place that would make every member of my bridal party feel comfortable and beautiful. My experience was just that and more. We were a rather large group at any given time and Adrienne (store owner) always made us feel welcome. We purchased my wedding gown, mother of bride, mother of groom and all 8 bridesmaid dresses from Say I Do. The prices for the actual gowns and alterations are very reasonabe. She has a very nice selection for everyone, not just the bride. I would like to send a special thanks to Judy for finding my mom's gown and making her feel so beautiful in it and also to Oahn for her extreme talent in custom measurements. I can truly say I felt like a princess on my wedding day and I owe it to SAY I Do. I highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for beautiful gowns, comfort and an all out pleasant experience. You will not be disappointed!

I'm so happy I found my gown at Say I Do. Adrienne was so easy to work with and felt like a member of the family by the time I picked up my dress! I also got my bridesmaid dresses from her and everyone loved them. The alterations were amazing as well. My strapless dress fit perfectly and numerous people complimented me on the fit and how I wasn't pulling it up all night like so many other brides they've seen. One of my bridesmaids purchased the dress at 3 months pregnant and was over 7 months by the time of my wedding; they let the dress out and altered it beautifully!

Adrienne and her staff at Say I Do are amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for myself, my mom and my bridal party! From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew they were different from other shops. Doreen helped me find the perfect dress and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have a very hard time making decisions and I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. I cannot say enough about how awesome Adrienne is! How do you say "thank you for saving our wedding? "Not only did I find my mother-of-the-bride plum beaded lace gown here and have it expertly fitted by Oahn, but store owner Adrienne went beyond the extraordinary to offer to fix my daughter's gown bought at Kleinfelds but ordered one size too small (she wears a 4). Her expertise and assurance were matched only by her loyalty and warmth she shows everyone she deals with. The shop has an extensive selection of gowns in many price ranges, both for brides and bridal parties. I had shopped everywhere from Neiman Marcus to Macy's and other bridal specialty stores looking for my specific color. Adrienne is a dream to work with, as she truly cares about pleasing her customers. Her fitter Oahn has an eye for detail and perfection of fit. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

Adrienne and her staff made the experience of finding my dress a dream. She had plenty of options for me to try and really understood what I was looking for when I described my dream dress. The dress came in quickly (I only had about 6 weeks to get the dress in) and the fittings went smoothly. She had a large range of prices so I was able to easily accommodate my budget. She didn't bring me dresses that were more than I could afford. The bustle was color coded so it was simple to put up the day of. My cousin even ended up finding a dress as a sister of the bride for another wedding later this year.

Let me start by saying that I was NOT an easy bride when it came to the dress shopping. I tried on over 100 dresses in my search which is outlandish and made the trip to Say I Do TWICE. My maid of honor was called in to help me so she took the two hour trip to me and we went to a different store in NY which only frustrated me because it was yet another store where they didn't let you touch or look at the dresses so I said lets go back to Say I DO and see if something else peeks my interest. We rush over there because they were closing in about a half hour but I had a feeling I was about to find "the one". They allowed my MOH, myself, and best friend to roam the store freely and try on as many dresses as I pleased. Finally when they saw that I was again not finding anything they listened to exactly what I was saying and brought over a dress that was PERFECT! I fell in love and finally said yes to the dress! We ordered the dress (May by David Tutera) and when it came in I was kept informed every step of the way. The alterations were extensive because I am short and there is hand sewn lace on the dress already so it needed to be removed, hemmed, and the lace replaced. It was FLAWLESS. The prices are what is to be expected for great quality but NOT once did I feel that I was being over charged. On the day before the wedding I picked up my dress and was greeted with a huge hug and lots of excitement - exactly what every single bride wants! I recommend Say I Do to ALL brides who are looking to have some freedom while dress shopping. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I went to two other stores and neither of them measured even close to the experience I had at Say I Do. Adrienne is so sweet and her honesty and helpfulness are just what you need when dress shopping. I honestly hated trying on dresses at the other two stores but at Say I Do I was very comfortable. It was clear they were viewing me as a bride and a person rather than another sale.

The women at Say I Do are so sweet and so helpful! Doreen helped me in and out of more than a dozen dresses and I never once felt rushed. She pulled dresses for me based on my budget and what I was looking for. She pulled a lot of dresses I might never have looked at myself, but they all looked wonderful once I put them on. Everyone working at the shop seemed to be having so much fun working and even though there were several other brides there that day, I felt like I was getting all of the attention I needed!

Say I Do Bridal in Verona, New Jersey is one of two bridal salons in North Jersey that carries Sophia Tolli. I found my dream bridal gown ("Leigh" by Sophia Tolli) on the Internet. First, I made an appointment at the other salon, only to be disappointed. They did not have this gown in stock yet, and most of their sample sizes were so small that I, a relatively petite bride, could barely move in them. I feared purchasing my dress there, because I didn't know how anything would really fit. THEN, I went to Say I Do. They had my perfect gown, and I knew it was the One as soon as I put it on. Adrienne, the owner, ordered my dress early at my request, and I did four fittings with her seamstress. My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day. My bridesmaids also purchased their gowns through Say I Do, and most of them had it altered there too. I also purchased my flower girl's dress there and had it altered there. I also purchased my hair pins at Say I Do. Adrienne and the rest of her staff were pleasant to work with all year.

I cannot recommend Say "I Do" Bridal enough!!! Not only did I find my dress the first time I went there but it was the first store I even went to and didn't bother trying any others! Adrianne is the best!! she helped me stay within my budget and still giving me the dress of my dreams! My mom also got her dress from there too!! They are so accommodating too! My mom is from out of state and they did all the alterations for her the week of my wedding with no worry that it wouldn't be perfect! 100% recommended to all brides and mothers of brides and grooms!!!

Best place to buy a dress. I was planning a multi-ceremony wedding from the West coast and Adrienne couldn't have been more helpful. She open the store early for me so I could come by for fittings straight off of the redeye...incredible service.

Beautiful selection of dresses--don't be fooled by the lack of chi-chi decor and fancy mirrors; these are stunning dresses at great prices and with a dedicated team of professionals to assist. Not to mention the INCREDIBLE seamstress. Five stars all around.

Great place to buy a dress. They didn't have the dress I wanted to try on so they ordered a sample for me to try on. They called me when it came in. It was exactly what I wanted, and I ordered it. Fittings have gone well. I can't wait for my big day!

I unfortunately did not find my dream dress here - but I so much loved the store and working with Adrienne that I insisted my bridal party all get their dresses from her. Adrienne was an absolute pleasure to work with - she made the whole process easy and stress-free. We got all the dresses delivered on time and she had very reasonable alteration prices. I highly recommend using her for other weddings - it was really a great experience!

I recommend anyone to go to I DO Bridal. Adrianne was so nice to work with. She even allowed you to take pictures of yourself in the dress. I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses there. Alterations went great and I had not problems with anything there. She even fitted the girls to there perfect size so they only had to get minimal alterations.

Adrienne and the rest of the staff at Say I Do Bridals is absolutely amazing. I never thought I would be one of those brides that would experience that moment when you put on THE dress. But I absolutely did thanks to Say I Do. I couldn't have asked for a better bridal shop from start to finish.

They have a great selection of dresses, the store is very clean and the people in the store are just amazing to work with; creating an experience for me unlike anything I could have imagined. Adrienne was so invested in my dress shopping and alterations. She has such a personal touch to her that I felt like we were family by the time my wedding rolled around. Say I Do far exceeded all of my expectations and provided me with the ultimate gown shopping experience.

I love Adrienne!! She found my dress for me!! What more could a girl ask for! Adrienne went above and beyond, my mother even got her dress from Say I do. I simply cannot say enough nice things about Adrienne at Say I Do Bridals. I had a difficult time finding an appropriate flower girl dress for my 6 year old cousin. After a few unsuccessful appointments at other bridal shops, I googled flower girl dresses and stumbled across Say I Do. What a blessing this shop turned out to be! After speaking to the owner, Adrienne, I immediately had confidence in her. She knew exactly what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction. She ordered and altered the dress with plenty of time before the wedding and was so pleasant to work with through the process.

After our flower girl dress success, one of my bridesmaids had troubles with her own dress alterations at a different place. Her dress was tailored on an angle! Adrienne was sweet enough to fix my bridesmaid's dress overnight the day before she was closing for vacation, just so we could have the dress in time. She did a WONDERFUL job!!!

I highly recommend going to Say I Do for all your wedding apparel needs, from wedding gown to mother of the bride and everything in between.

Love the store and Love the owner Adrianne. If you are looking for a bridal store that is large in size, offers champagne, and has sales associates that care more about commission than you than this is not the store for you. If you want a smaller but nice selection of dresses, an at home feeling, and truthful customer service than you must come here. I enjoyed shopping at this store from the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my wedding dress. When I first started shopping I was told by the owner Adrianne to try on as many dresses as I wanted. In other stores you have a limit. So I did and she assisted me with all of them. I took my time, did not feel rushed, and tried on a good amount of dresses. Once I found my dress the rest was easy because of Adrianne. She did not call me a million times to sell me more items like other stores but called me when my dress was in. From there I had one alteration and the dress was perfect. The reasoning I only had one alteration is because Adrianne was honest and did not make me purchase a dress 5 sizes to big. Also the seamstress for my one alteration was amazing. She was very honest, well priced, and knew what she was doing. I can not say enough good things about this store. I highly recommend that you shop here. Thank you Adrianne I appreciate everything you did for me and my beautiful dress.

I bought my dress from Say I Do after looking at several other dress shops. Adrienne will always remember me because I was the bride that cried, panic cried, after trying on a dress that I had originally thought was "the dress". She was never pushy and let me have my space, which I really needed. She was very helpful while I was trying to decide accessories for my dress and helped me customize the sash. I went to several places in search of a bridesmaid dress for my girls and had really awful experiences. As soon as I walked in to Say "I DO" I knew that I was in good hands. Adrian was a Godsend. She was so amazing to deal with. The first dress I tried on in her store I knew was the one. I even bought a second dress from somewhere in NC and brought it up to be altered at Adrian's store and there was something wrong with the dress and they did as much as they could to fix the problem because the other place wasn't helping at all. But Adrian is the sweetest person, she will surely help you with anything that you need. The store was wondering, the seamstress was amazing. It was just such a stress free experience. I love Adrienne! My co-worker had recommended them for alterations to my bridal dress.

As soon as I spoke to Adrienne on the phone I knew I was going to love her. After meeting her I was right! I was sorry I didn't know about her sooner so I could have gotten my dress and all of my bridesmaids' dresses from her!

My mom is plus size and shopping for a dress for her was being an impossible mission. We went to see Adrienne and in less than 15 minutes she had the perfect dress for my mom! My mom look amazing and it was all thanks to Adrienne!!!

I did not buy my dress from say I do my mother did and she looked amazing. I on the other hand ended up at Macy's bridal salon in willow brook mall. They were completely disorganized and made the weeks leading up to my wedding more stressful then need be. I bought the dress and asked them to leave off all appliqué s because I wanted to make a one shoulder and custom the dress. They left me hanging for months not knowing when my dress would be in. It home with with just the shell of dress and 50 flowers in a bag. No crystal belt because they forgot to order that! My mom quickly called Adrian the owner at say I do and asked for her help to see if she could get my dress to look the way I wanted to. Well now I call Adrian and her seamstress my wedding angels because the dress came out better than I even imagined! The one shoulder was done with perfection and every rose was placed as if I was there telling her exactly where I wanted each piece. They are the type of place that you can rest assured you will walk out with the dress of your dreams!! Adrian if you read this please ad your seamstress name. She also deserves so much recognition on her professionalism. She is not just a seamstress who takes in or just gives a hem she fits it as if it was developed just for you!!

My mom, sister, and I went to Say I Do with a friend's recommendation right after my fiance Dan and I got engaged. I am so glad I listened to her and went to Adrienne's dress shop! This was my one stop shop for the wedding day! I found an amazing Mikaella bridal gown, beautiful Bari Jay bridesmaids dresses, an adorable flower girl dress and mother of the bride gown too! I visited two bridal shops in total and found my dress at the second one--Say "I Do" Bridals--almost immediately. Adrienne was wonderful in helping me pick out a dress. She provided great one-on-one service during the initial dress shopping and made it such a fun occasion. My dress was beautiful, reasonably priced, and I walked out of the bridal shop feeling really good about everything. The seamstress was also great and did a wonderful job on hemming the dress and creating the bustle so that I could maintain the beading and shape of my dress.

Adrienne is amaazing!! My mother, mother in law, and sister in law got their dresses here and we all couldn't have been happier with her selection, her level of accommodation and the timeliness of the alterations. In addition, although I bought my dress elsewhere before finding her store, she accepted the task of adding my bustle at the last minute when my store was out of power the week before my wedding due to hurricane Sandy. She sewed all of the buttons and snaps herself because her seamstress was already busy with scheduled alterations and I couldn't have been more grateful! I hope to bring my friends here to find their dresses and bridesmaid dresses. She has a ton of colors, styles and sizes at affordable prices and it's definitely worth checking out!!

If I didn't believe in one-marriage in a lifetime, I would buy many many wedding dresses from Adrian (the store's owner). She was so much fun to shop with! She gave us a great deal (ON TWO DRESSES!) and she was an absolute delight, not to mention she had a great selection of dresses and the ones we left with were STUNNING! Not only was I able to get my dress at the boutique, but I was able to go through Say "I Do" to get my dress fitted. Lena was also incredible and she worked with me to make the dress even better! I would recommend this shop to ANYONE!

Adrienne is Amazing!!! I had gotten engaged in January 2012 and originally planned on a wedding for September 2013..... plans needed to change and the wedding was moved up to September 2012! Panicked about finding the perfect dress (without having to pay rush fees etc.) I scheduled as many appointments with bridal boutiques as I could. After a few appointments at different places, not finding anything I liked, I felt very beaten down and a lot of the sales people made me feel nervous and more pressured than I was already feeling.... Then I went to Say I Do. Adrienne immediately made me feel at ease. Even though I though I had an idea about what I wanted, she convinced me to keep an open mind.... and thank god I did! It was at Say I Do I found my dress!!!! I was never really comfortable wearing a strapless dress and so Adrienne started pinning on different types of sleeves!! I believe the woman who did my alterations's name was Lena and she was fantastic too! I felt gorgeous in my dress! EVERYONE complimented me on how beautiful it was and how it was a "Me" dress! lol I really can't say enough positive things about Say I Do and Adrienne. Highly Recommended!!!!

A huge thanks to Adrienne and her team! My wedding dress shopping experience was amazing. They helped me to figure out what style of dress I wanted. I walked in with one idea in mind and ended up choosing a completely different dress that I was in love with. They were so patient and accommodating and had a great selection to choose from. It was a no pressure and judgment free zone. Juan, the seamstress, did a fantastic job altering my dress and it fit perfectly the day of. adrianne was amazing! i had a big group of girls and she helped with everyone of them .. i went to get my bridesmaids dresses a year before the wedding she ordered them for me and help me custom them .. she told me where to get my appliques from and she even let me store them in her store for a couple of months .. my bridesmaids looked amazing and she helped with that .. she helped us pick a dress that fit each girl perfectly!!! .. i will recommend say i do bridal to anyone!

In all my 50 years I think I’ve only written one horrific review and it pertained to horrible bedside manner of a doctor. Well let me say that the horrific bedside manner of that doctor was a dream in comparison to the product & service of this bridal store.
My daughter the bride, her maid of honor & 2 bridesmaids as well as the mother of the groom all purchased their dresses here and NOT ONE was the right size nor was the service provided after that acceptable!
My daughter & two of the girls from the bridal party live a distance from the store so they chose to get alterations elsewhere. When my daughter tried on her bridal gown at the store it was huge! We were advised by Adrianne that “well we needed to order it that big!” I had to pay huge dollars to revise the dress in order to fix it to where my daughter felt it was beautiful for her big day.
The bridemaids…..one, who had the alterations done there, had lost a lot of weight and the dress was still so small that had to add a panel in it! And charged her! And the service she received at every visit was horrific! And ditto for the mother of the groom! The bridemaids dresses were SO bad that I had to buy all new dresses for them 2 weeks before the wedding. SAY I DO was advised of all that has transpired and not one call to the bride or myself, the mother of the bride, to try to rectify any of it. Adrianne actually advised the mother of the groom that they dropped the dress line that my daughter’s bridal party sellected because of sizing issues….well if you know that why not call your customers and rectify it with them???? I was going to give the owner a call prior to writing this review, but why??? We received no such respect, why should I respect they??? In other reviews you will see a common theme as far as service….I beg you to take them serious! They truly are quite nasty at your follow up appointments than just blame it on being busy. BUYER BEWARE!
