Madyson at Save the Date was absolutely amazing to work with in planning my daughter's wedding. My husband and I booked their day-of-coordination unlimited hours package for our wedding and we were beyond glad we did! We are a very detail oriented couple that planned our event to the last detail and finding the perfect day-of-coordinator to make sure all our plans were perfectly executed was not easy. Madyson and her team, Angela and Katrina, were the answers to our prayers! Our wedding took place in 3 different locations with a morning brunch at a hotel, ceremony at a church, and the reception at a museum, and Madyson made sure we had coordinators at every single venue to attend to whatever needs we had. The whole day came off flawlessly! Her team was professional, warm, and had a great eye for detail. They were willing to do anything we needed from communicating with the vendors, overseeing the rental deliveries and setup, picking up the desserts from a local restaurant, steaming linens, and even decorating the get-away car! They are well worth their value and my husband and I could never have imagined our day without them there. During the wedding, Madyson and her team made sure the timeline was perfectly executed, guests were where they needed to be, and that we had a drink in our hands at all time. I truly appreciated how responsive Madyson was with any question I had. Getting a hold of her was never a problem - which was a VERY big deal when it came to coordinating such a momentous occasion in our lives. The sweetest part was when Madyson even offered to throw in her own personal collection of blush and champagne pillows to help enhance the overall look of our event. Any couple would be so lucky to work with her and her team. Do not look any further. You will be so glad you trusted them with the most special day of your lives!!! Truly priceless!

Save the Date is such a great event planning company. They're always there for you and stay professional throughout every step. They provide a list of vendors for you that follow your style, meet with you anytime you need them and keep you moving forward. Having Save the Date there for us really helped lift all the stress that comes with planning a wedding.

Madyson is amazing! She has an eye for detail, and is determined to make your wedding day perfect for you! Most of the time she has already done what you wanted her to do before you even asked her, which makes her extremely valuable on a wedding day. If something went wrong on my wedding day, I didn't know about it because Madyson was there to put out the fire for me. She is worth her weight in gold and then some! She recommended great vendors to me, and that within itself was worth it. Madyson is insanely fantastic at what she does, and I couldn't have had such a wonderful wedding day without her!

Absolutely wonderful job! The day wouldn't have been possible with Madyson and her team. I was able to relax and enjoy the day getting ready with my girls while Madyson made sure our wedding would go off without a hitch and it did!! Madyson listened to what I wanted and saw my vision and she completely brought it to life. The day was wonderful and I am so thankful I had her there!! I HIGHLY recommend Save the Date Weddings. Madyson is professional, upbeat, detail-oriented, and experienced. She answered all of my questions and offered great vendor recommendations and practical advice leading up to the wedding. On my wedding day, Madyson and her assistant, Angela, were fantastic!! They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the day was executed flawlessly. They ensured everything was exactly what we wanted and treated nothing as beyond their job description. For example, Madyson brought signature drinks over from the cocktail hour for our bridal party and even taught some of our guests line dances (like the Wobble dance) so everyone would feel included and have fun.

We were very impressed with how smoothly the day went. We really got to savor the moments while Save the Date worked with our vendors behind the scenes to create the wedding of our dreams. If you are getting married in/near Jacksonville, then hire Save the Date!! They are the BEST!

Madyson was seriously THE BEST. If I had known how helpful she was the day of the wedding, I would have spent the extra money to have her coordinate the planning beforehand. Madyson not only met with me multiple times before the wedding, even though I had only hired her for day-of coordination, but she emailed with me consistently, ensuring my peace of mind. Again, although I had only hired her for the day of, she came to my rehearsal to make sure we all knew what to do for the wedding. She was super helpful, timely and a huge help. On the day of my wedding, she was calm, collected, and absolutely everything a wedding planner should be. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her for a wedding or any other event and could not be more happy with her services.
