It’s a gorgeous venue for a reasonable price, they provide the food so finding catering is taken care of. They were so respectful and tentative to my husband and I at our wedding. Highly professional and the food is amazing

Every single detail we discussed, and some I didn’t even think of, were taken care of professionally and thoroughly. I truly felt as if she was family and taking care of her own sister’s wedding. What an amazing team you have there. I received countless remarks about everything from the delicious food to the caring and considerate staff that went above and beyond.

We had our wedding at Sarasota national and it was absolutely perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better day. The coordinator for weddings (jessica) is so helpful with anything you need and will make sure your day is perfect. The venu took care of setting up/cleaning up and had on site catering with was delicious !! 5 star food for sure. The venu was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. We were the first ones to have our wedding at the Sarasota National Golf Club so not seeing any photos of how everything would look set up was a little nerve wracking but Josh was great and so flexible to let us stop by whenever we wanted to to take pictures, to measure chairs, to bring our center pieces set up and see how it would look on the table, and so on, opened the banquet hall to the full and set up tables how we would have on our wedding day and let me tell you that helped us so much and eased our nerves to see that we can all make our dreams work with this place. We loved that it was a more modern style building than most places. Everything is new and updated. The drive in is beautiful and all the views are so beautiful. I like the huge pond behind our ceremony which made for great pictures. The cocktail hour is always a great idea right after the ceremony, which we did, to take pictures with our family before the reception, people got to have some appetizers which everyone talked about! and also get to chit chat and get to know each other. I also like that you can walk outside from the cocktail room. The servers were great, the chefs were great, the food was great! I liked that Josh was able to provide all the tables and chairs that we needed for the reception room. Almost anything that we wanted to do Josh approved of and we really liked that. That really is what got us to get this place not only for the scenery but the fact that Josh was so flexible with everything. You don't get that with many vendors who are just sooooo picky about so many things! We also liked all the help we were able to get on our wedding day from setting things up, hanging things, decorating the tables the way we wanted. You will not regret going with Sarasota National for your wedding. I truly, truly mean it when its a great place. If you dream is to have a beautiful scenery, green grass and on a golf course wedding then this is THEE place!

Our daughter’s wedding took place November 5, 2016 at Sarasota National. The ceremony was conducted outside on the lawn overlooking the lake and 18th hole. After the ceremony, we held a cocktail hour at the pool bar, followed by a reception in the Palm Club.
Overall, everything was amazing. From the beginning, the planning process with Josh (GM) and Sarah (Banquet Mgr) was easy – they were very flexible in accommodating what we wanted… from requesting three different meal options, to providing our own chair covers, dessert and wine, to supporting the wedding planner, photographer and DJ – they were just great. The facility itself was beautiful … landscape perfectly manicured, all tables had linens, specially folded napkins, candles, etc. on them (even outside)! The wedding party was really busy the morning of the wedding, so we just dropped off all the decorations and asked Sarah and team to set them up as best as possible. They did an amazing job – our guests stopped upon entering the hall and stared in awe at how pretty everything looked.
The food, including appetizers, was fine restaurant quality and service overall was amazing. The staff walked around and served appetizers to our guests, and dinner was quickly served. The bartenders were VERY busy but they kept up with the crowd and overall did an outstanding job – and, they were a pleasure to interact with. Sarah, Josh, and team took care of all the clean up after the wedding making it easy for us.
Cost wise, it was reasonable for the quality of the event we had – especially given the flexibility we were offered to provide some of our own choices, however, it wasn’t cost that was the differentiator – it was the service, the quality and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Sarasota National for a future wedding, or any large event.
