The food... oh my goodness. I don't even know where to begin with the food. Sarah Gore - ROCKED THE FOOD! I have had the most compliments on everything, but they all come back around to the food. What is a wedding without amazing food, right? Sarah is the best. We had a southern style buffet that included Pulled BBQ, slaw, and baked beans, and then Balsamic chicken breast, succotash, and macaroni and cheese - served with a roll, sweet tea, and lemonade. It was all to die for. Sarah also handled all of our cocktail hour needs - fruits, nuts, and cheese & crackers. I highly recommend using this woman. So professional - and she brought along an amazing staff.
