First of all I did show up on time and did exactly what I was paid to do and at a price of a portrait shoot 300.00 I shot some family photos while I was shooting the other family's temple photos.by the way which were extremely happy.
Also the anonymous review was not even a wedding and every claim is false.
Second I did not have an invitation to photograph at temple so when client sent to us we sent him a photo of invitation within a week. When client said why not with and decor around invitation, I went way out of my way and brought to another full reception and photographed his invitation which is not responsibility.
I emailed him while at someone else's party and he loved it . Which contradicts his statement.then at office I actually emailed him high res file all because Kevin told me up front he could not order an album until I shot his invitation, which once again contradicts his statement. About me never telling him about ordering an album. Last but surely not least, when we booked us we specifically told him we will only crop and color correct images and not retouch any images unless an album or reprints are ordered. So finally I'm really not sure what justification he has writing a false review
I have been photographing in south Florida for 30 years and have never had a bad review

Lou is the best person to deal with high stress events, weddings, birthday parties, anniversary events, etc. You name it! Always the most professional, patient and highly skilled. Have gone to him and his team for over 20 years and will be doing so for another 20 for sure. Never been disappointed!!

We knew that we wanted to book a company that provided both photo/video together. We had met with several companies first before our planner pointed out Santa Barbara Photography & Videography (which coincidentally is on the preferred list of Morikami!) Immediately we knew that they were the ones for our wedding after our initial consultation. We are very laid back, but knowing how demanding my parents are for specific photos and details, they were very flexible and accommodating for us! Never saw them complain or miss a beat during the wedding, and we just got a few teasers in recently and honestly I am dying to see the rest!

Quality and client service are my main reasons why I do not recommend this photography studio. Lets just say that I had to take all the pictures that they took from my daughter's celebration/event to another photographer for complete touch ups. The poses were extremely basic and they never asked me or even considered if I wanted to create a professional picture album from the event to make the type pf pictures that they took even better. They even forgot to take the picture of my daughter's beautiful invitation. I asked them to take it and then to simply email me the picture to me but I am still waiting...that brings me to the poor client service issue. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of them. I had to wait days for a return call or even weeks for an email reply. The bottom line is, there are plenty of professional photography studios in the South Florida area, and clearly this is not one of them.
